as divorces, and financial claims (please note the cases on behalf of the pre‐war companies by German trustees (Treuhänders). In the case of the Poles there cases referred to: crossing the border between the "Generalgouvernement" (General Government) of Poland and the Third Reich, trading at black market prices; and in the case of the Jews: not wearing identification bands with the Star of David, leaving the ghetto, hiding on the Aryan side, and illegal journeys on train.
