WSE Partner Programmes
The dynamics of the IPO market is largely driven by the Exchange’s business partners assisting the
WSE in attracting new issuers. Partners operate both in Poland and abroad.
Local WSE Partner Programmes
Companies are motivated to take advantage of market opportunities thanks to easy access to
information and the assistance of partners offering support throughout the listing procedure. To
address these needs, the WSE has for years operated two local programmes supporting companies
seeking financing on the public market: WSE IPO Partners to SMEs and WSE IPO Partners – Primary
Market Leaders. The programmes involve companies experienced in taking SMEs to the stock
exchange. Issuers can choose from four categories of companies: brokers, auditors, legal advisors,
and financial advisors. Several dozen companies are WSE partners under both programmes.
When the Catalyst market opened, the WSE launched the Catalyst Strategic Partner programme. Its
goal is to promote investment opportunities on Catalyst and to attract new issuers of fixed-income
instruments. There were three Catalyst Strategic Partners at the end of 2010.

WSE IPO Partners
The WSE IPO Partner programme contributes to attracting foreign companies to the Warsaw Stock
Exchange. Participating investment firms support the WSE in its acquisition efforts abroad and
promote the Polish capital market in their countries. Eight companies joined the WSE IPO Partner
programme in 2010. At the end of 2010, there were 28 WSE IPO Partners from the Czech Republic,
Croatia, Estonia, Cyprus, USA, UK, Belarus, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Russia, Germany and Lithuania.
The biggest number of 11 WSE IPO Partners operate in Ukraine.
