Regulamin akcji promocyjnej
„Wiosenne ceny na koperty kurierskie GPOST”
§ 1. Organizator i Promocja
1. Akcja promocyjna „Wiosenne ceny na koperty kurierskie GPOST” („Akcja”) rozpoczyna się w
dniu 11 marca 2016 roku i trwa do 30 kwietnia 2016 roku lub do wyczerpania zapasów.
2. Organizatorem Akcji jest Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62-005
Owińska/k. Poznania, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod
numerem KRS 0000444934, prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w
Poznaniu, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego, NIP 7773229381, REGON
302318613, której kapitał zakładowy wynosi 1.150.000,00 zł („Organizator”).
3. Akcja promocyjna jest prowadzona na terenie Polski, w siedzibie Organizatora.
§ 2. Warunki uczestnictwa w Promocji
1. Uczestnikiem Akcji (zwanym dalej „Uczestnikiem”) może być każdy podmiot gospodarczy
zarejestrowany w Polsce lub na terenie dowolnego kraju europejskiego.
§ 3. Zasady Akcji Promocyjnej
1. Uczestnikowi w czasie trwania akcji, przysługuje prawo do zakupu kopert GPOST w promocyjnej
cenie*. (*Ceny są określone w osobnym dokumencie GPOST_Aneks do cennika_Ceny Promocyjne
i obowiązują wyłącznie w okresie trwania Akcji Promocyjnej).
2. Aby wziąć udział w Akcji i otrzymać prawo zakupu kopert GPOST w promocyjnej cenie, Uczestnik
powinien dokonać zakupu kopert GPOST w cenie regularnej na kwotę minimum 900,00 EUR netto
(„Zakup”).
3. Każdy Uczestnik zainteresowany zakupem kopert GPOST w promocyjnej cenie musi ten fakt
zgłosić u Organizatora najpóźniej w dniu potwierdzenia zamówienia Zakupu.
4. Jeden Uczestnik może zakupić dowolną liczbę kopert GPOST objętych akcją promocyjną (za
wyjątkiem sytuacji w której nakład kopert przewidzianych do promocji zostanie wyczerpany).
5. Prawo zakupu kopert GPOST w promocyjnych cenach nie podlega wymianie na pieniądze, inne
produkty ani nie uprawnia do otrzymania innego produktu od Organizatora.
6. Prawo zakupu kopert GPOST w promocyjnych cenach może zostać wstrzymane w przypadku
Uczestników, którzy zalegają z płatnościami u Organizatora za wcześniejsze zakupy.
7. Akcja nie łączy się z innymi akcjami promocyjnymi prowadzonymi przez Organizatora.
§ 4. Reklamacje
1. Reklamacje związane z Akcją mogą być zgłaszane na adres: Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K.,
Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62-005 Owińska/k. Poznania lub na adres poczty [email protected],
w terminie do dnia 31 maja 2016 roku z dopiskiem „Wiosenne ceny na koperty GPOST”.

2. Reklamacja powinna zawierać dokładną nazwę Uczestnika oraz jego dokładny adres rejestrowy,
a także opis okoliczności stanowiących podstawę do wniesienia reklamacji i określenie żądania.
3. Reklamacje rozpatruje Organizator w terminie do 14 (czternastu) dni od daty wpłynięcia
reklamacji.
§ 5. Postanowienia końcowe
1. Niniejszy regulamin dostępny jest w siedzibie Organizatora oraz na stronie internetowej
www.globalpack.pl.
2. We wszystkich sprawach dotyczących Akcji, a nieuregulowanych regulaminem mają
zastosowanie przepisy prawa polskiego.
Official Regulation of the Promotional Campaign
“Spring prices of GPOST mailer bags”.
§ 1. Organizer and Promotion
1. The promotional campaign (hereinafter referred as Campaign) „Spring prices of GPOST mailer
bags” is organized and takes place between March 11th 2016 and April 30th 2016 or till stock
exhaustion.
2. The Campaign is organized by Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62005 Owińska/k. Poznania, registered with The Trade Register under no. KRS 0000444934, with
Tax Number PL7773229381, share capital 1.150.000,00 pln, hereinafter referred as „Organizer”.
3. The Campaign is carried out on the territory of Poland at the Organizer’s headquarters.
§ 2. Right of Participation
1. Any business entity registered in Poland or on the territory of any European country (hereinafter
referred as Participant) has the right to participation.
§ 3. The Promotional Campaign Mechanism
1. The Participant is entitled to the purchase of GPOST mailer bag at the promotional price*.
(*Prices are defined in separate document called “GPOST_ANNEX_Promotional prices” and are
valid only during the Campaign).
2. In order to participate in this promotional Campaign, participant must buy GPOST mailer bags
for the amount of minimum 900 EUR net in regular prices (hereinafter referred as Purchase).

3. Every Participant interested in purchasing GPOST mailer bags at the promotional price must
acknowledge that fact to the Organizer before his/hers Purchase order is confirmed.
4. One Participant is allowed to purchase any amount of GPOST mailer bags at the promotional
price being the subject of this Promotion (unless the amount is limited due to stock exhaustion).
5. The right to purchase GPOST mailer bags at the promotional price is not to be exchanged for
money, services or any other products provided by Organizer.
6. The right to purchase GPOST mailer bags at the promotional price may be withhold by the
Organizer in case the Participant is behind with payment(s) for any previous purchase(s).
7. This promotional action does not consolidate with other promotional actions held by the
Organizer.
§ 4. Claims
1. Any claims / complaints related to carrying out this campaign may be sent to the following
address: Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62-005 Owińska/k. Poznania
or to the e-mail address: [email protected], by 31.05.2016 latest and with additional note: “Spring
prices of GPOST mailer bags”.
2. All claims / complaints shall comprise exact name of the Participant, his exact business address
and other data needed to identify the complainer as well as presentation of the actual grounds on
which the complaint is based.
3. Complaints shall be solved within 14 days from the reception date.
§ 5. Final Provisions
1. This regulation is available at the Organizer’s headquarters and on the Organizer’s website
www.globalpack.pl.
2. Any disputes that might arise between Organizer, on the one hand, and any of the Participants,
on the other hand, shall be referred to the competent court.
3. The governing law shall be polish law.
Bedingungen für die befristete Sonderaktion
“Frühlingspreise für GPOST Versandtaschen”
§ 1. Organisator und Sonderaktion
1. Die Sonderaktion (weiter genannt als Aktion) “Frühlingspreisen für GPOST Versandtaschen”
wird zwischen 11. März 2016 und 30. April 2016 (oder bis zur Erschöpfung der Bestände)
durchgeführt.

2. Die Aktion wird von der Firma Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62-005
Owińska/k. Poznania, organisiert, die im Handelsregister unter der Nummer KRS 0000444934,
eingetragen ist, mit Steuernummer PL7773229381, Aktienkapital 1.150.000,00 pln (weiter
genannt als Organisator).
3. Die Aktion wird auf dem polnischem Gebiet durchgeführt, in der Hauptsitz des Organisators.
§ 2. Teilnahmerecht
1. Jede Geschäftseinheit, die entweder in Polen oder in anderem europäischem Land registriert
ist, wird zur Teilnahme autorisiert (weiter genannt als “Teilnehmer”).
§ 3. Mechanismus der Sonderaktion
1. Der Teilnehmer ist zum Einkauf der GPOST Versandtaschen zu einem Werbepreis* berechtigt
(Die Werbepreise sind in separatem Dokument „GPOST_Anhang_Werbepreise für
SONDERAKTION“ definiert und gelten nur während der Aktion).
2. Um in der Aktion teilzunehmen, muss eine Bestellung für GPOST Versandtaschen zu einem
gesamten Betrag von 900 EUR netto in regulären Preisen aufgegeben werden (weiter genannt als
Auftrag).
3. Jeder Teilnehmer der die GPOST Versandtaschen zum Aktionspreis einkaufen will soll dieses
Vorhaben dem Organisator mitteilen (spätesten am Tag der Auftragsbestätigung).
4. Jeder Teilnehmer hat Recht zum unbegrenzten Einkauf von GPOST Versandtaschen zum
Aktionspreis (außer wenn der Bestand wird erschöpft).
5. Das Einkaufsrecht soll nicht für Geld, Dienstleistungen oder andere Produkte des Organisators
ausgetauscht werden.
6. Soll der Teilnehmer mit der Zahlung für frühere Einkäufe im Rückstand sein, ist der Organisator
imstande das GPOST Versandtaschen zum Aktionspreis Einkaufsrecht zurückzuhalten.
7. Konsolidierung dieser Aktion mit anderen Sonderaktionen des Organisators ist nicht vorhaben.
§ 4. Ansprüche
1. Alle Ansprüche verbunden mit der Aktion sollen zu dem Anschrift des Organisators zugeschickt
werden: Global Pack Sp. z o.o. Sp. K., Bolechowo, Poligonowa 4A, 62-005 Owińska/k. Poznania
oder per E-Mail an: [email protected], spätestens bis 31.05.2016, mit dem Nachsatz “Frühling
Preisen für GPOST Versandtaschen”.
2. Alle Ansprüche sollen sich aus exakten Daten zusammensetzen: a. Teilnehmer Name, b.
Teilnehmer Geschäftsadresse c. andere Daten die dem Identifizierung des Teilnehmers dienen d.
Detaillierter Anspruch Basis.
3. Die Ansprüche werden inzwischen 14 Tage nach dem Einkommen bearbeitet und beantwortet.

§ 5. Schlussbestimmungen
1. Die Bestimmungen der Sonderaktion werden im Sitz und auf der Internetsite des Organisators
(www.globalpack.pl) verfügbar.
2. Alle Streitigkeiten die Zwischen dem Organisator und Teilnehmer entstehen sollen, werden an
das zuständige Gericht verwiesen.
3. Das anwendbare Recht ist polnische Recht.
