The Company operates in the automotive services industry. It specializes in sales of cars and spare
parts, warranty and after warranty vehicle services, statutory inspections as well as service and
installation of LPG.
In addition, it earns revenue by renting company-owned commercial premises.
Polmozbyt conducts commercial and service activities at two service stations located in Łódź,
modern panel and paint shop, two vehicle inspection stations, and three direct sale points.
Annually, the company performs around 9,000 service activities and about 15,000 statutory
inspections.
The established market position of the company is the outcome of many years of market presence,
name and logo recognition as well as advantageous location. Major customers are individual
clients (90%). The remaining 10% are entrepreneurs running business in Łódź and its surroundings.
The development strategy provides for an extension of database of products and services
customers with institutional clients, insurance companies and members of vehicle fleets.
The company plans to expand the services of its panel and paint shop as well as increase market
share of post-accident repairs. These activities will be accompanied by an increase in the range of
statutory inspections, among other things.
All changes are aimed at increasing the optimum use of available human resources and assets.
The company is currently launching a driving school.
