LECTURE: The genesis of the concept of value management in the enterprise. The main driving forces of
value management . The advantages of the concept of enterprise value management . Value management
and other enterprise management concepts . The importance of enterprise value in the management
process . The restructuring of the company. The concept of value and changes in management. The process
of valuation of the company. Factors creation and assessment of the value of the company. The process of
organizational change management . The concepts and the use of tools and practical skills to apply the
principles of systematic and sustained increasing the value of the company. Value management as a form
of strategic management.
Exercise : Analysis of the company for the shareholders and for the customer. Stakeholders of the
company. Creating value of the company. Network value for the owners. Luka value. Factors affecting the
value . Ways to increase the value for the owners. The process of introducing organizational change .
