Voraussetzungen, die Gebäude und ihre Lokalisierung erfüllen sollen, darf der Abstand
zwischen Reihen von Stühlen mit der Funktion des Antipanik-Pults kleiner als bei Stühlen
ohne diese Funktion sein. Der Vorteil des Antipanik-Pults beruht darauf, dass mehr Stühle
auf einer kleineren Fläche untergebracht werden können.
