Finance Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland
Opis stanowiska wraz z zakresem obowiązków
You will be responsible for maintenance of credit risk policy for Philip Morris entities in Europe.
You will maintain Customer and Pricing master data, perform customer credit check, analyze secured and
unsecured receivables, resolve blocked orders, archive matched collections in electronic environment
If needed, perform working capital analysis to identify potential payment terms and credit limits.
You will be a support for sales departments to prevent any interruption in the shipments and your main
accountability will be avoiding risk of bad receivables
The main advantage of the position is a wide diversity of customers, diverse business and stakeholders
(business model, currencies, ledgers, legislative requirements, etc.), complexity of system platform
Wymagania stawiane kandydatom
University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent;
1-2 years of experience within credit control area;
Strong knowledge od Credit Managenent area, good knowledge of Treasury
Good overall knowledge of computer environment and systems; experience with IT integrated systems
would be an asset
Strong awareness of internal controls;
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage
Skills/competences: Achievement orientation, Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork and cooperation,
High interpersonal skills, Highly numerate
