Cel 1 The aim of the subject is to get students familiar with basic terms, history, evolution and functioning of
a system of protection of human rights at international level make them aware that this law lies behind many
activites in international relations

European system based on the Council of Europe

European system based on the Council of Europe, basic principals of
international criminal law and current problems of human rights protection
