OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
of June 28th 2016
concerning: coverage of the 2015 net loss of Grupa LOTOS S.A.
Acting pursuant to Art. 395.2.2 of the Commercial Companies Code and Section 9.3
of the Company’s Articles of Association, and having considered Management
Board’s Resolution No. 45/IX/2016 and Supervisory Board’s Resolution No.
105/IX/2016, the General Meeting of Grupa LOTOS S.A. resolves as follows:
Section 1
The General Meeting hereby resolves to cover the 2015 net loss of PLN
37,102,910.78 (thirty-seven million, one hundred and two thousand, nine hundred
and ten złoty, 78/100) from future profits.
Section 2
This Resolution shall become effective as of its date.
