5.1 Rejon ograniczeń lotów wydzielony jest z przestrzeni
odpowiedzialności służby FIS OLSZTYN.
The flight restriction area is segregated within the area
of responsibility of OLSZTYN FIS.
5.2 Rejon ograniczeń lotów podlega procedurze
zamawiania i aktywacji zgodnie z AIP VFR, VFR ENR
2.7 pkt 4 oraz 5.1 przez MIL ARO EPPW.
The flight restriction area is subject to the ordering and
activation procedure in accordance with AIP VFR, VFR
ENR 2.7 point 4 and point 5.1 by the EPPW MIL ARO.
5.3 Podczas aktywności EA 85, TSA 02 F i G mogą być
aktywne od górnej granicy EA.
During the EA 85 activity, a TSA 02 F and G can be
activated from the upper limit of the EA.
5.4 Priorytet posiada ćwiczenie wojskowe „Anakonda 16”.
Military exercise "Anakonda 16" has priority.

5.5 Loty w rejonie ograniczeń lotów powinny być
wykonywane zgodnie z przepisami dla lotów VFR
z prędkościami
zapewniającymi
możliwość
zauważenia innego ruchu lub przeszkody
(z prędkością nie większą niż 250 kt lAS), w czasie
wystarczającym, aby uniknąć kolizji z ruchem poza
strefą. Operacje należy wykonywać z dala od
przydzielonych granic strefy, bez ich naruszania.
Flights within the flight restriction area should be
conducted under VFR at speeds giving adequate
opportunity to observe other traffic and any obstacles
(not more than 250 kt IAS) in time to avoid a collision
with traffic outside the area. Flight operations should
be carried out clear of the assigned boundaries of the
area and without infringing them.
