Warszawski Senator kupiony przez Union Investment. Kolejna transakcja, w której
doradzali eksperci branżowi TPA Horwath.
Po zeszłorocznym dużym zakupie łódzkiego centrum handlowego Manufaktura, Union Investment
Real Estate zainwestował ponownie na polskim rynku nieruchomości komercyjnych – tym razem
120 mln EUR w zakup biurowca Senator w Warszawie. Sprzedającym była firma Ghelamco.
Transakcja Union Investment jest kolejną obsługiwaną przez firmę doradczą TPA Horwath, która wcześniej
wspierała fundusz w inwestycjach związanych zarówno z zakupem Manufaktury, jak również m.in.
warszawskich biurowców Lipinski Passage, Horizon Plaza, Zebra Tower czy katowickiego centrum
handlowego - Trzy Stawy.
Zeszłoroczne projekty doradcze prowadzone przez TPA Horwath to 31%-owy udział wartościowy we
wszystkich transakcjach nieruchomościowych w Polsce w roku 2012. Wartość transakcji na rynku polskim,
przy których dotąd doradzali eksperci TPA Horwath wynosi ponad 3 mld Euro.

After last year's purchase of a Lodz’s Shopping Mall Manufaktura, Union Investment Real Estate has
invested again in the Polish commercial real estate market - EUR 120 million is the cost of the
purchase of Senator office building in Warsaw. The seller of the building was Ghelamco.
TPA Horwath provided tax and financial transaction advisory services on the side of Union Investment,
earlier advising the company with the purchase of Manufaktura, as well as such office buildings in Warsaw
like Lipinski Passage, Horizon Plaza, Zebra Tower and the shopping center in Katowice – Trzy Stawy.
It is worth to mention that 31% of the total value of Polish commercial real estate transactions made in 2012
was supported by TPA Horwath. EUR 3 billion is the total value of the property transactions the firm has
successfully advised on the Polish market.
