Junior Recruiter - Emerging Talent (Graduate Team) Joining us as a Junior Recruiter puts you right at the heart of our business. It’s a fantastic opportunity to start to build up skills for a rewarding career in talent acquisition and management. You will take responsibility over various stages of the selection process for a range of graduate, internship or apprentice level roles (no active sourcing included). You will review candidates’ applications and assess their suitability for the role, schedule and conduct phone, video or Skype interviews, provide feedback etc. On top of that you will be responsible for daily activity reporting and updating application tracking system. In Emerging Talent we support up to 12 various clients at the same time, so you may also have a chance to switch between projects and gain wider insight into graduate recruitment across various sectors. We are recruiting for projects which are commencing in August, September and October. Fully utilise relevant Applicant Tracking System ensuring that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity Manage candidate queries and ensure positive candidate experience Your role may include working with senior members of our on-site team or the client directly Gradually you will be given more responsibilities, which may include coordinating smaller projects on your own Requirements: Excellent communication skills and good phone manner You should be fluent in English Willingness to develop yourself in Recruitment area Alexander Mann Solutions is the world’s leading provider of talent management solutions. Pzyskiwania Kandydatów, główne zadania dotyczą przeprowadzania różnych etapów procesów rekrutacyjnych podczas kampanii zatrudniania absolwentów na rynku Wielkiej Brytanii. Z otrzymanych aplikacji wybieramy najciekwaszych kandydatów, przeprowadzamy telefoniczne rozmowy kwalifikacyjne, oceniamy rozmowy i nagrania video kandydatów, a także przekazywania informacji zwrotnej po procesie rekrutacyjnym. Dodatkowo, wymagana jest duża dokładność w uzupełnianiu system oraz raportów. W zespole Emerging Talent wspieramy 12 klientów, więc należy być przygotowanym na częste zmiany projektów. Planowane daty rozpoczęcia: sierpień, wrzesień i październik.
