ADRESOWANIE PLANÓW LOTÓW DLA LOTÓW IFR
1.
ADDRESSING OF FLIGHT PLANS FOR IFR FLIGHTS
1.1
Wszystkie plany lotów oraz związane z nimi depesze (DLA, CNL,
CHG) dla lotów wykonywanych w FIR WARSZAWA w całości lub
części jako IFR/GAT do polskich organów służb ruchu lotniczego
należy składać wyłącznie za pośrednictwem Zintegrowanego
Systemu Wstępnego Przetwarzania Planów Lotów (IFPS).
1.1
All flight plans and associated messages (DLA, CNL, CHG) for
flights conducted fully or partially as IFR/GAT flights within the
WARSZAWA FIR shall be addressed to the Polish ATS Units only
via the Integrated Initial Flight Plan Processing System (IFPS).
NOTE: Flight plans for domestic OAT/GAT and GAT/OAT flights
conducted within the WARSZAWA FIR may be distributed to the
relevant ATS Units (ATSU) without being passed to the IFPS.
UWAGA: W FIR WARSZAWA plany lotów na krajowe loty OAT/
GAT i GAT/OAT mogą być dystrybuowane do
zainteresowanych organów ATS (ATSU) z pominięciem IFPS.
1.2
Wszystkie plany lotów złożone pośrednio lub bezpośrednio do
polskich służb kontroli ruchu lotniczego (bez akceptacji IFPS) będą
odrzucane bez dalszego przetwarzania. Zezwolenia na wlot(y) w
przestrzeń powietrzną FIR WARSZAWA dla takich lotów nie będą
wydawane.
1.2
All flight plans submitted directly or indirectly to the Polish ATC Unit
without IFPS approval will be rejected without further processing. No
entry clearance(s) will be given for such flight(s) within the
WARSZAWA FIR.
1.3
W celu wysłania planu lotu na lot IFR do systemu IFPS, należy
obowiązkowo wpisać następujące adresy AFTN:

In order to send an IFR flight plan to the IFPS, the following AFTN
addresses shall be included:
- EUCHZMFP (ośrodek IFPS w Haren, Belgia) oraz
- EUCHZMFP (IFPS centre in Haren, Belgium) and
- EUCBZMFP (ośrodek IFPS w Bretigny, Francja).

Siecią SITA plany lotów należy wysyłać na następujące adresy:
- EUCBZMFP (IFPS centre in Bretigny, France).

Flight plans sent by SITA shall be addressed to:
- BRUEP7X (ośrodek IFPS w Brukseli) oraz
- BRUEP7X (Brussels IFPS centre) and
- PAREP7X (ośrodek IFPS w Paryżu).
- PAREP7X (Paris IFPS centre).
Zwraca się uwagę, że plan lotu należy zawsze obowiązkowo wysłać
do obu ośrodków IFPS.

Note that flight plan shall be always sent to both IFPS centres.
Nie ma obowiązku adresowania planów lotów oraz związanych z
nimi depesz na loty IFR/GAT do poszczególnych organów ATS
(ATSU) w strefie IFPS.
There is no requirement to address flight plans and associated
messages for IFR/GAT flights to individual ATSUs within the IFPS
Zone.
IFPS odpowiada na złożony plan lotu w postaci operacyjnej
depeszy odpowiedzi (depesze typu ACK, MAN, REJ). Szczegóły
dotyczące tych depesz oraz procedur ich stosowania są opisane w
IFPS Users Manual.
The IFPS responds to flight plan submission through Operational
Reply Messages (ACK, MAN or REJ). Details on these message
types and procedures of their use may be found in the IFPS Users
Manual.
Przyjęcie planu lotu przez IFPS jest potwierdzane depeszą ACK.
Acknowledgement (ACK) is received from the IFPS in respect of a
particular flight plan.
Procedura (funkcja) przeadresowywania planów lotów jest opisana
w IFPS Users Manual.
The procedure for the flight plan re-addressing function is given in
the IFPS Users Manual.
Dla jakiejkolwiek części lotu wykonywanej poza strefą IFPS,
nadawca planu lotu jest odpowiedzialny za poprawne adresowanie
planów lotów i związanych z nimi depesz do wszystkich właściwych
organów ATS (ATSU), zgodnie z procedurami ICAO.
For any portion of the flight outside the IFPS Zone, the flight plan
message originator is responsible for having the flight plan and
associated messages addressed to all appropriate ATSUs in
accordance with ICAO procedures.

FLIGHTS WITH CHANGE OF FLIGHT RULES (Y, Z)
2.1
Plany lotów na loty rozpoczynające się z lotnisk nie
znajdujących się w FIR WARSZAWA
2.1
Flight plans for flights with departure aerodrome outside the
WARSZAWA FIR
2.1.1
Zapisy dotyczące lotów IFR podane w punkcie 1 są stosowane
jednocześnie dla planów lotów dotyczących lotów ze zmianą
przepisów ich wykonywania (dotyczy przepisów wykonywania lotów
Y i Z).
2.1.1
Regulations referring IFR flights described in point 1 are applicable
also for flight plans for flights with change of flight rules (flight rules Y
and Z).
2.1.2
Wszystkie plany lotów oraz związane z nimi depesze na loty
wykonywane w całości lub częściowo jako lot VFR w FIR
WARSZAWA należy przesłać na adres EPZZVVXX.
2.1.2
All flight plans and FPL associated messages for flights conducted
fully or partially as VFR flights in the WARSZAWA FIR shall be
addressed to the EPZZVVXX AFTN address.
2.1.3
W przypadku wykonywania w całości lub częściowo lotu VFR na
lotnisko kontrolowane lub jeśli w czasie lotu planowany jest wlot w
przestrzeń kontrolowaną, plan lotu oraz związane z nim depesze
należy przesłać na adres EPZZVVXX oraz na odpowiedni adres
wymieniony poniżej:

In case a VFR flight is conducted fully or partially to a controlled
aerodrome or if an entrance to controlled airspace is planned during
such flight, the flight plan and associated messages shall be
addressed to the EPZZVVXX AFTN address and one of the
following addresses:

2.2.1
Plany lotów na loty VFR oraz depesze z nimi związane,
rozpoczynające się w FIR Warszawa, muszą być przesłane tylko na
adres EPWWZPZX oraz do Biura Odpraw Załóg działającego na
lotnisku odlotu:
2.2.1
Flight plans for VFR flights and any associated messages for flights
commencing within the WARSZAWA FIR shall be addressed to
EPWWZPZX only and to the ATS Reporting Office operating at the
aerodrome of departure.
