You should use the conference web site to submit the paper. Author will have to deliver an electronic version of the manuscript in a form downloadable from the conference web site (MS Word 2000 format). The papers are double reviewed by members of the Program Committee. All accepted papers will be published by Wydawnictwa Komunikacji i Łączności, Warsaw. Conference languages: Polish, English.
