Business Park, shall be a place for
constructing the most modern
infrastructure enabling the activity
and development of many entrepreneurs from TriCity and the surrounding areas, as well as the foreign
companies interested in locating their branches in
Poland. He investment shall include: office buildings,
a hotel, and conference and exhibition centre.
In order to meet the requirements of Tri-City
entrepreneurs as well as willing to bring the foreign
capital to Gdansk, we have been working on the
project of BCB Business Park since 2008. We wish
this investment to become a showcase of Gdansk in the
future, a place of not only the harmonious and dynamic
business development, but also an ideal place to
organise grand fairs and seminars in our region – says
Maciej Maciejczyk, Chairman of the Management of
Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu.
The idea of BCB Business Park follows the example
of the most modern and dynamically developing
public spaces of this kind in the world. Office
buildings attract the attention not only with

quantity of greenery and small architecture (benches,
flowerbeds, ponds located at the entrance to every
building).
The office buildings have been designed as an open

The construction of BCB Business Park will be

construction of a commercial office building. The

will be completed in the IV quarter of 2011. The
hotel and conference and exhibition centre will be
completed after 2015.
