Currently, Hippodrome Sopot is looking for business partners in the field of hotel operator on the
Hippodrome’s premises. Possible cooperation variants:





Proposed cooperation model: Hippodrome Sopot makes its premises available for the construction
of a hotel, on the grounds of a long-term lease contract;
Expectations from the private partner: building a hotel of a specified standard, providing high
quality services and payment of the rent for lease of premises;
Notice: owing to the exceptional nature of the location it is necessary to allow for the provisions of
the local spatial development plan and guidelines by the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments;
The Hippodrome and City of Sopot are open to suggestions regarding the rules of cooperation,
including the contract period and the shape of the investment (within the limits of the local spatial
development plan);
Possible option: the hotel operator’s taking over catering services at the Hippodrome – outside of
the hotel (scale efficiencies, additional catering and conference surfaces, catering for large
events…).
