Zakres obowiązków
Fractal Systems is in search of a very creative 3D animator
and graphics design artist who also brings some creative
director skills to the table. A position exits for an energetic,
creative, and resourceful 3D Artist/Animator/Graphics
Designer who can work closely with a marketing team to
create compelling and creative graphic packages for event
projects, holograms, touch application interface and more.
The ideal candidate will play an active role in the entire
graphics look to our work including show opens, lower thirds,
maps, creation of print and web ads, etc.
We want someone with a vivid imagination, a strong sense of
design, good communication skills and the ability to work
with a production team that will provide input and
suggestions on each project.
The successful candidate should have experience and
proficiency with Maya Unlimited, 3DsMax, Cinema 4D, all
Adobe Production Platforms, and know how to work in an
event technology company environment. Experience in
modeling, texturing, mapping, skinning, and animating very
essential.
Beside specific 3D Design work, the 3D Designer will be
exposed to engineering work, financial negotiation,
purchasing negotiation with suppliers, think-tank strategy,
etc.
Team spirit, pugnacity and sagacity will be some of the
personal skills enhanced by the experience at Fractal
Systems.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and special effects technologies
• Proficient in Maya Unlimited, 3DSMax, Cinema 4D, Adobe
After Effects
• Solid Photoshop, Flash, and Maya skills
• Excellent typography and graphics skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task
is a must
• Ability to create traditional and modern design styles that
fit the project
• Create and edit motion graphics, 3D design, and animation
pieces
• Minimum of 2 years of 3D animation experience required
• Strong understanding of 3D animation fundamentals,
principles, and techniques
• Must be able to work well with a production team
• Strong communications skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce content under
tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills a plus
• Modeling and texturing skills a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Production Bundle platforms a plus
• Precision and attention to detail, familiarity with current
graphics production techniques, and ability to work in a team
setting
• Create and edit motion graphics, 3D design, and animation
pieces
• Troubleshoot problem areas within the path from graphics
to edit Post-Production
• Provide guidance, direction, and technical support to fellow
team members
