Documents prepared in the BAS have the
following forms:
• legislative expertise - which discuss and
evaluate the draft legislation contained in
publications of the Sejm,
• legal advice - made in response to
questions regarding the content or
interpretation of the law
• the analysis - information regarding social,
economic, from international relations and
foreign policy
•documents explaining the proceedings before
the Constitutional Court and other pleadings,
•notes - brief answers in written form, mainly
by staff of Enquiry and Consultancy Group.
•reviews the documents of the European
Union, including the draft EU legislation,
•official documents of the Chancellery
related to the control of the constitutionality of
the law.
