Revoking the proxy authority at Orzeł Biały S.A.

The Management Board of Orzeł Biały S.A. ("The Company") announces, with reference to the
Current Report No 29/2014 dated 04.09.2014 where the information was provided on granting the
joint commercial proxy authority, based on the Management Board Resolution No 45/2014 dated
03.09.2014, to Łukasz Tomsia with the proviso that the proxy holder must act jointly with a member of
the Management Board, that on 04.05.2015 it adopted the Resolution No 23/2015 on revocation of
the joint commercial proxy authority for Łukasz Tomsia, in connection with the resolution by the
Supreme Court composed of seven judges dated 30.01.2015 (Ref. III CZP 34/14) where the
Supreme Court stated that it is not permissible to enter into the Companies Register one proxy holder
with the proviso that he/she must act only jointly with a management board member.
