Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego 3 Cele przedmiotu Cel 1 Comprehension of main definitions in hotel industru, categorisation system, hotel business prospects, TQM, work organisation, hotel schemes, charts and schedules Cel 2 Comprehension of HR management in hotel industry 4 Wymagania wstępne 1 Students know, comprehend and correctly interpret the basic hospitality terms, the classification system, know the hospitality model and prospects for 2014 in hospitality industry. 2 Students know how to develop the hotel project economically and practically; recognize correctly the basic and supplementary service areas, know how to build the sufficient organisational structure and how to check the quality of service. 3 Students know how to build an efficient hotel service structure, recognise correctly the positions in hotel, know the requirements for particular hotel positions, comprehend the code of practice, know how to develop the proper service quality control system. 4 Students comprehend the process of hotel services marketing and sale, recognise the price strategies, know the marketing mix, recognise the hotel Guest as a clue of the hotel sale, know his expectations and know how to build the loyalty system, recognise the importance of hotel reputation management. 5 Students identify the management systems, comprehend the profile of manager and identify his scope of duty, evaluates correctly the importance of team work within hospitality business, know how to manage the change and how to solve the basic conflict in the working environment. 5 Modułowe efekty kształcenia MW1 Students know, comprehend and correctly interpret the basic hospitality terms, the classification system, know the hospitality model and prospects for 2014 in hospitality industry.
