Mr. Andrzej Diakun
President of the Management Board of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
Mr. Andrzej Diakun, appointed on 20 April 2016 for another term of office as the
President of the Company’s Management Board, is an M.Sc. Engineer, Electrician
by education – he graduated from Wrocław University of Technology, major:
Electrical Engineering, specialization: Electrical Power Engineering and Applied
Robotics.
The mandate of the President of the Management Board of the new term of office will
commence to be valid on the date of holding the Annual General Meeting of
ELEKTROTIM S.A. approving the financial statements for the year 2015 and shall
expire on the date of holding the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROTIM S.A.
approving the financial statements for the year 2018.
In addition, Mr. Andrzej Diakun completed:
– post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, major: Theory
and technique of fire protection;
– post-graduate studies organised by the Central Connecticut State University New
Britain, Connecticut and Continuing Education Centre of the Wrocław University
of Technology
- Program of 270 hours in Business Practice, Communication, Finance,
Marketing, Accounting, Management and Strategic Planning;
– course on developing managerial skills organised by the Canadian Institute of
Management in Warszawa „Management 2000” and „Management II 2007”
– post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of
Computer Science and Management, major: International Procedures for
Organising Investments in accordance with “FIDIC”;
– post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of
Computer Science and Management in the scope of Project Management,
– post-graduate studies at the
University of Wrocław, Faculty of Law,
Administration and Economics, in the scope of Commercial and Trade Law,
– post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Technology, Faculty of
Electrical Engineering in the scope of Smart Power Grids,
– course for candidates for members of supervisory boards of the companies fully
owned by the State Treasury
Mr. Andrzej Diakun worked subsequently for:

in the years 1984 - 1985 at Zakład Płyt Wiórowych (chipboard plant) in
Szczecinek as a trainee;

in the years 1986 - 1987 at Młodzieżowa Spółdzielnia Pracy Unita
(Unita Youth Work Cooperative) in Wrocław as a Fire Safety
Specialist;
–
in the years 1987 – 1991 at Okręgowy Zarząd Lasów Państwowych
(District Board of National Forests) in Szczecinek as Inspector for
Technical Inspection in Construction, acting Investor Supervision
Inspector of Electrical and Telecommunication Works;
–
in the years 1991 - 1993 at Zakład Produkcji Podłoża i Pieczarek
(Foundation
and Mushrooms Production Plant) in Sianów as
Production Plant Director;
–
in the years 1993 - 1994 at the company TIM S.A. in Wrocław as
Marketing Department Manager;
–
in the years 1994 - 1995 at the company TIM S.A. in Wrocław as
Members of the Management Board and Technical Director;
–
in the years 1995 - 1998 at the company TIM S.A. in Wrocław as Proxy
and Technical Director; and
–
since 1999 at ELEKTROTIM S.A. as President of the Management
Board, General Director.
In the years 1997 – 2002 Mr. Andrzej Diakun ran business activity under the name
„DAW” Andrzej Diakun in Wrocław.
Currently, Mr. Andrzej Diakun acts as:
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SONEL S.A. in Świdnica
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PROCOM SYSTEM S.A. in Wrocław,
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZEUS S.A. in Pruszcz Gdański,
- Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAWILUX S.A. in Łady k. Raszyna.
The above-mentioned activity is not competitive in respect of the operation of
ELEKTROTIM S.A.
According to the statement made to the Company, Mr. Andrzej Diakun does not run a
business competitive in respect of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and does not participate in any
competitive company as a partner of a partnership, limited partnership or as a
member of a joint stock company, and does not operate in any other competitive
legal person as a member of its body.
According to the statement made to the Company, Mr. Andrzej Diakun is not listed in
the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the Act on the National Court
Register.
