CRASHAPP: MAKE A COST ESTIMATE FOR FREE* AND GET A 10% DISCOUNT FOR CAR REPAIR
Our company has been operating on the automotive market for many years. In order
to meet the needs of our clients, we have created CrashApp: an application for easy
preparation of a car damage cost estimate. Thanks to our innovative application, you will
also have the list of repair shops in the vicinity that will fix your car adhering to the highest
standards. Remember that by choosing one of our partner repair shops, you will also receive
a 10% discount on car repair.
The cost estimate is only €9.95, but in the case of making repairs at one of our
partner shops, €0. The payment is made only after receiving the document.
The cost estimate is prepared within 24 hours.
How does it work?
CrashApp allows you to receive the car repair cost estimate without leaving your
home and to choose one of our partner repair shops, where you will get a 10% discount for
repairs. CrashApp is very simple and intuitive to use. You only need to choose the COST
ESTIMATE option, follow a few easy steps, and that’s it: your cost estimate, along with
payment information, will be sent to the email address you provided. If you choose one of
our partner repair shops, the email address and phone number that you provide in the
application will also be sent to the repair shop of your choice to make the repair of your car
and scheduling a visit at the repair shop easier.
How to pay?
The service costs €9.95, but if you choose and use one of our partner repair shops,
the cost estimate will be prepared FOR FREE!
In the next steps of cost estimate preparation, you will be asked to choose the most
suitable payment method; the chosen option will then be sent to us along with all the other
details.
The payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the cost estimate to the bank
account specified by CrashApp in the response email.
If within 5 days of receiving the cost estimate you bring your car to the partner repair
shop chosen in the application, you will be exempted from the payment for the cost
estimate preparation, of which you will be informed in an email sent to the address you
provided.
How to take photos of the damage?
To prepare the cost estimate for you, we will need photos of the damaged part from
three perspectives, as seen in the examples below (right-hand side, left-hand side, facing
front). In the case of several parts, the process must be repeated for each new part. If the
damage is not visible, we suggest marking it in a discernible way.
If any of the photos is unclear for us, we will ask you to send an additional one.
How to take photos of documents?
In order to prepare the documentation and to identify the applicant, aside from
photos of the damage, we will need a photo of the vehicle registration card, vehicle history
card and the back registration plate of the serviced car. Remember that the photos need to
be clear, otherwise we will ask you to send new ones. You can see example photos below.

Kostenvoranschlag für die Beschädigung des Fahrzeugs sehr einfach erstellen kann. Dank
unserer innovativen Anwendung erhalten Sie auch die Liste von Werkstätten in Ihrer Nähe,
die Ihr Auto bei der Einhaltung der höchsten Standards reparieren können. Vergessen Sie
nicht, dass Sie bei einer Wahl einer unserer Partner-Werkstätten 10% Nachlass für die
Reparatur Ihres Autos erhalten.
Der Kostenvoranschlag kostet nur 9,95 Euro, und falls sie die Reparatur in einer
unserer Partner-Werkstätten beauftragen - 0 Euro. Die Zahlung erfolgt erst nach der
Abnahme des Dokuments.
Der Kostenvoranschlag wird maximal innerhalb von 24 Std. erstellt.
Wie funktioniert das?
Die Anwendung CrashApp ermöglicht es Ihnen, einen Kostenvoranschlag für die
Reparatur des Fahrzeugs zu erhalten, ohne Ihr Haus zu verlassen, als auch eine unserer
Partner-Werkstätten auszuwählen, in der Sie 10% Nachlass für die Reparatur erhalten. Die
Bedienung von CrashApp ist sehr einfach und intuitiv. Es reicht aus, dass Sie im Hauptmenü
die Option KOSTENVORANSCHLAG wählen, und anschließend ein paar einfache Schritte
ausführen und fertig, Ihr Kostenvoranschlag wird an die von Ihnen genannte E-Mail-Adresse
samt Zahlungsangaben geschickt. Wenn Sie eine unserer Partner-Werkstätten auswählen,
dann werden der Kostenvoranschlag, die E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer, die Sie in der
Anwendung angeben, auch an die gewählte Werkstatt gesandt, um die Reparatur des Autos
und die Verabredung eines Termins in der Werkstatt zu vereinfachen.
Wie kann ich bezahlen?
Die Dienstleistung kostet 9,95 Euro, und falls Sie eine die Dienste einer unserer
Partner-Werkstätten wählen und nutzen, erhalten Sie den Kostenvoranschlag GRATIS.
Während der nächsten Schritte zur Erstellung des Kostenvoranschlags werden Sie
gebeten, eine Ihnen entsprechende Zahlungsart zu wählen, anschließend wird uns die
gewählte Option mit den restlichen Daten übersandt.
Die Gebühr muss innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab Erhalten des Kostenvoranschlags an das
von der Firma CrashApp in der Rückmeldenachricht genannte Konto überwiesen werden.
Falls Sie innerhalb von 5 Tagen ab Erhalten des Kostenvoranschlags Ihr Auto zur in der
Anwendung gewählten Werkstatt abgeben, erlischt die Zahlungspflicht für den
Kostenvoranschlag, wovon Sie in einer E-Mail-Nachricht an die von Ihnen genannte Adresse
informiert werden.
Wie mache ich ein Foto der Beschädigung?
Damit wir einen Kostenvoranschlag für Sie vorbereiten können, brauchen wir Fotos
vom beschädigten Bestandteil von 3 Perspektiven, so wie dies auf den folgenden Beispielen
gezeigt ist (rechte Seite, linke Seite, vorne). Falls mehrere Bestandteile beschädigt sind, muss
man die Operation für jedes Teil wiederholen. Falls die Beschädigung unsichtbar ist,
markieren Sie sie in eine erkennbare Art und Weise.
Falls eines der Fotos unlesbar sein sollte, bitten wir Sie, ein zusätzliches Foto zu schicken.
Wie mache ich ein Foto der Dokumente?
Außer den Fotos der Beschädigung brauchen wir, um die Dokumentation
vorzubereiten und den Antragsteller zu identifizieren, auch die Fotos des Zulassungsscheins,
des Fahrzeugbriefs und die Fotos des hinteren Kennzeichenschilds des Autos, für das die
Dienstleistung erbracht werden soll. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Fotos lesbar sind, sonst
werden wie Sie bitten müssen, neue Fotos zu schicken. Beispielhafte Fotos, siehe unten.

warsztatów otrzymasz również 10% zniżki na naprawę samochodu.
Kosztorys kosztuje tylko 9,95 euro, a w przypadku skorzystania z naprawy w jednym z
naszych warsztatów partnerskich 0 euro. Płatność dokonywana jest dopiero po odbiorze
dokumentu.
Czas sporządzenia kosztorysu wynosi maksymalnie 24h.
Jak to działa?
Aplikacja CrashApp daje Ci możliwość otrzymania kosztorysu naprawy samochodu bez
wychodzenia z domu jak i wybrania jednego z naszych partnerskich warsztatów, w którym
otrzymasz 10% zniżki na naprawę. Obsługa CrashApp jest bardzo prosta i intuicyjna .
Wystarczy, że w menu głównym wybierzesz opcję KOSZTORYS, a następnie przejdziesz przez
parę prostych kroków i gotowe, Twój kosztorys zostanie dostarczony na podany przez Ciebie
adres e mail wraz z danymi do płatności. Jeśli wybierzesz jeden z naszych warsztatów
partnerskich kosztorys, adres e mail i numer telefonu, który podasz w aplikacji zostanie
wysłany również do wybranego warsztatu w celu ułatwienia Ci naprawy auta i sprawnego
umówienia się na wizytę w warsztacie.
Jak Zapłacić?
Koszt usługi wynosi 9,95 euro, a w przypadku wybrania i skorzystania z usług jednego
z naszych partnerów usługa kosztorysu wykona zostanie GRATIS.
Podczas kolejnych kroków sporządzania kosztorysu zostaniesz poproszony o wskazanie
metody płatności jaka Ci odpowiada, następnie wybrana opcja zostanie przekazana do nas
wraz ze wszystkimi pozostałymi danymi.
Opłatę za usługę należy uiścić w ciągu 7 dni od otrzymania kosztorysu na konto
wskazane przez firmę CrashApp w wiadomości zwrotnej.
W przypadku gdy w ciągu 5 dni od otrzymania kosztorysu oddasz swoje auto na
wybrany w aplikacji warsztat partnerski, zostajesz zwolniony z obowiązku płatności za usługę
sporządzenia kosztorysu o czym zostaniesz poinformowany w wiadomości e mail wysłanej na
wskazany przez Ciebie adres.
Jak zrobić zdjęcia uszkodzenia?
Abyśmy mogli przygotować dla Ciebie kosztorys potrzebne nam zdjęcia uszkodzonego
elementu z 3 perspektyw tak jak widać to na poniższych przykładach (prawa strona, lewa
strona, na wprost). W przypadku kilku elementów operacje należy powtórzyć dla każdego
nowego elementu. Jeżeli uszkodzenie jest niewidoczne proponujemy zaznaczyć je w
widoczny sposób.
Jeżeli któreś ze zdjęć będzie dla nas nieczytelne poprosimy Cię o wysłanie dodatkowego
zdjęcia.
Jak zrobić zdjęcia dokumentów?
Oprócz zdjęć uszkodzenia do przygotowania dokumentacji jak i identyfikacji osoby
zgłaszającej potrzebować będziemy również zdjęcia dowodu rejestracyjnego, karty pojazdu i
zdjęcia tylnej tablicy rejestracyjnej auta, którego dotyczy usługa. Pamiętaj aby zdjęcia były
czytelne w przeciwnym razie poprosimy Cię o ponowne przesłanie zdjęć. Poniżej przykładowe
