Gazowa 21 The drag king group DA BOYZ was founded in April 2006; their first major public performance took place at Kitsch Club in Kraków. The group consists of DK Antonio, DK Morfi and DK Tivv. Their performance is a surprising and enthralling show that plays with conventions of gender and sexuality. Saturday, 21 May Unseen (by) Society 21 May (Saturday), 12 PM Młynek, Pl. Wolnica 7 For the project “Unseed (by) Society”, which the Women’s Space Foundation initiates with this meeting, we took up the challenge of filling the blank spaces in research on the situation of LGBT people, and documenting the situation of non-heterosexual women living in rural areas and outside of large cities. Such information is unavailable, which does not mean there are no discriminatory acts against lesbian women in rural areas. During the meeting Ewa Furgał, Justyna Struzik and Natalia Sarata will talk about the project’s foundations, and also why you should participate in it. We hope to see you there!
