COMPUTER AID IN PROCEDURES OF COAL SALES AND CONTACT WITH
CLIENTS ON THE BASIS OF THE AUTHORISED SELLER'S PORTAL E-AS

The paper presents an Internet computer portal, the Authorised Seller's Portal e-AS, introduced in KHW S.A. in order to organise cooperation with the network of authorised coal sellers. It describes e.g. trade documentation management through the e-AS portal (one-year contract, quarterly order, sales order) along with the issuing of electronic authorisation for the reception of coal and a certified digital signature.
