in 24 appearances… Ranked third
in the league with 7.1 assists per
40 minutes average… Selected by
the Mystics in the third round of the

with the Washington Mystics, started

26 points to help give FIU its first NCAA Tournament victory with an 81-76
win over Old Dominion… Remains the program’s scoring leader with 2,515
points—including a school-record 45 points versus Marquette on March 27,
1993, and continues to rank first in career field goals (1,033), career field
goal percentage (.607), career three-point field goal percentage (.416), and
career rebounds (1,092)… At time of graduation, was one of just two players
in the state of Florida to reach the 2,000-point, 1,000-rebound plateau… A
three-time All-TAAC selection, was named to the Atlantic Sun Conference’s
(formerly the TAAC) 25th Anniversary Team.

PROFESSIONAL: Selected by Detroit in the third round of the 1998 WNBA
Draft… Played in 26 games, averaging 2.7 points and 1.6 rebounds…
Scored a career-high 11 points versus Washington… Averaged 13.8 points
and 10.7 rebounds over six games in the 2008 European Championships
with Bulgaria... Continues to play professionally in Europe with the Turkish
team Fenerbahce Istanbul.
COLLEGE: A two-time All-TAAC selection, Branzova played for FIU from
1994-98 and earned second team All-America honors as a senior… Finished
her career with 1,339 points which ranks ninth in FIU history… Currently
ranks first in career free throw percentage (.811), second in career field goal
percentage (.578), seventh in career blocked shots (74) and 10th in career
free throws (245)… In 1998, she averaged 17.3 points per game and finished
eighth in the NCAA in field goal percentage (.620)… Became just the 15th
player in FIU history to record at least 500 points in a single season when
she had 537 as a senior.

PROFESSIONAL: In 2006, Iványi ranked second in the EuroLeague in
assists, averaging 5.7 per game and a team-high 6.2 rebounds and 11.9
points per outing for MiZo-Pécs… In 2005, signed a free-agent contract with
the WNBA’s San Antonio Silver Stars, making 14 starts in 30 games played…
Averaged 2.5 points and 2.3 assists per game, while shooting a team-high
44.4 percent from three-point range... In 2004, selected to the All-Star Five
after leading MiZo-Pécs to the FIBA EuroLeague Women’s Final Four for
the second-straight season… Started the 2003 season with the Phoenix
Mercury after playing in Europe the previous three years… One of only 10
college players taken in the 1999 draft, picked in the fourth round by the Utah
Starzz… Started 16 games in 2002, playing in 27… Averaged 3.4 points,
2.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game… Dished out a game-high seven
assists and grabbed a game-high four steals in Utah’s win over Seattle…
In 1999, played in 14 games, averaging 0.8 points and 0.5 assists… Played
for the Hungarian National Team at the EuroBasket Final Round in 1997,

percent from three-point range to garner third team All-America honors by
the Associated Press… 1998 Sun Belt Conference Defensive Player of the
Year and 1997 Trans America Athletic Conference Player of the Year… In
2005, named to the Sun Belt Conference’s 30-Year Anniversary Team.
COLLEGE: One of the greatest players in school history, Nagy played for FIU

Helped FIU to two NCAA Tournament appearances and finished her career
averaging 14.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 9.4 assists—the fourth-best assist
average in NCAA history… Her 1,165 assists are second- best all-time in
NCAA history and an FIU record… Ranks fourth in school history with 1,812
career points… Led the nation in 1994 with 10.3 assists per game and was
selected first team All-America by Kodak, United States Basketball Writer’s
Association and USA Today… Named to the Atlantic Sun Conference’s

COLLEGE: The queen of three-point range, Slavtcheva played at FIU from
1998-2002… Set the previous school record for three-point baskets made in
a season with 57 as a sophomore… Broke that mark the following season,
hitting 58 from beyond the
arc… Reigned as all-time
school leader in three-pointers
made (172) and attempted
(492) for eight years...
Produced two career tripledoubles… Left FIU third in
points (1,823), fifth in rebounds
(729), tied for fourth in assists
(376) and seventh in steals
