ETC Swarzędz has a new tenant. The footwear chain Deichmann will open a new 450
square meter store in the refurbished shopping mall. BOIG was responsible for the
commercialisation.
ETC Swarzędz is undergoing refurbishment and recommercialisation that will align the
property with the latest architectural and commercial trends. The total floor space of 20
thousand square meters will accommodate 80 shops and service outlets. The refurbished
shoppingmallwillopeninH22017.ItstenantswillincludeIntermarché,Reserved,Martes
Sport, Pepco, CCC, Vision Express, Swiss, Rossmann, Drogeria Natura, Empik, Maxi Zoo,
ZielonaBudka,RTVEuroAGD,TopSecret,Yes,AptekaHeurekaandOrganicFarma.Thelocal
tenants include Mine Wine, Kids OK, Prestige Obuwie, PANI, Biuro Podróży Jamajka, the
ItalianrestaurantDonLucciandthefloorshopFlorist.ThenewETCwillalsoofferservices
including a hair stylist’s, a beautician’s, a dry cleaner’s, as well as a new food court and a
fitnessclub.
Regardlessoftheon-goingrefurbishmentwork,ETCSwarzędzremainsopenthroughoutthe
period of the upgrade. The supermarket Intermarché, the drugstore Rossmann, the
jeweller’s YES and the electronic store Euro ETV AGD are open in temporary spaces in a
designatedpartofthebuildingwhilethecarparkinfrontofthemallhousesatemporary
open-airspacewithcloseto30trade,serviceandfoodvendors.
The project is implemented by a joint venture of Grupa Capital Park
