TheopticalandophthalmicchainVisionExpresswasatenantatthemallbeforetheupgrade
andmakesacome-backtothenewETCSwarzędzleasing128squaremetresoffloorspace.
Swiss Boutique, which offers watches and jewellery, will lease 41 square metres of floor
space.BOIGwasresponsibleforthecommercialisation.
ETC Swarzędz is undergoing refurbishment and recommercialisation that will align the
property with the latest architectural and commercial trends. The total floor space of 20
thousandsquaremeterswillaccommodate80shopsandserviceoutlets.Thetenantsofthe
upgraded shopping mall will include Intermarché, Reserved, Martes Sport, Pepco, CCC,
Rossmann,DrogeriaNatura,Empik,RTVEuroAGD,TopSecret,YesandOrganicFarma.The
local tenants include Mine Wine, Kids OK, Prestige Obuwie, Biuro Podróży Jamajka, the
ItalianrestaurantDonLucciandthefloorshopFlorist.ThenewETCwillalsoofferservices
including a hair stylist’s, a beautician’s, a dry cleaner’s, as well as a new food court and a
fitnessclub.
Regardlessoftheon-goingconstructionwork,ETCSwarzędzremainsopenthroughoutthe
periodoftheupgrade.Thecarparkinfrontofthemallhousesatemporaryopen-airspace
withcloseto30trade,serviceandfoodvendors.ThesupermarketIntermarché,thefitness
club2BActive,therestaurantKFCandthegasstationShelloperateattheirusuallocations.
ThedrugstoreRossmann,thejewellerYESandtheelectronicsstoreEuroETVAGDareopen
intemporaryspacesinadesignatedpartofthebuilding.
