INTRODUCTION
PREAMBULE
Doświadczenia wyniesione z udziału w misjach zagranicznych oraz program modernizacji technicznej
wywołały wiele korzystnych zmian w Wojsku Polskim. Zgodnie z programem rozwoju Sił Zbrojnych
Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w latach 2013-2022 planuje się zakup nowoczesnych systemów uzbrojenia, a wiele
środków bojowych używanych do tej pory będzie modernizowanych.
Wojska pancerne i zmechanizowane pozyskały jedne z najnowocześniejszych czołgów na świecie – Leopard 2 A5.
Do jednostek trafią także kolejne kołowe transportery opancerzone Rosomak, które sprawdziły się
w Afganistanie i Czadzie. Siły Powietrzne pozyskały samoloty szkolenia zaawansowanego M-346 Master.
Polskiego wybrzeża broni nowoczesny system rakiet przeciwokrętowych NSM.
Program rozwoju Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w latach 2013-2022 przewiduje także zakup
nowoczesnych śmigłowców wielozadaniowych, nowych okrętów dla Marynarki Wojennej, a także samolotów
bezzałogowych różnego przeznaczenia i wielkości. Priorytetem jest także modernizacja obrony powietrznej
kraju.
Wysiłki podejmowane w celu unowocześnienia Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej mają na celu
zagwarantowanie suwerenności państwa polskiego, właściwe wypełnianie obowiązków sojuszniczych
oraz wsparcie społeczeństwa w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Niniejszy album przedstawia przegląd wybranego
uzbrojenia i wyposażenia Wojska Polskiego.
Experience gathered during missions performed abroad and the technical modernisation program have brought
about many positive changes in the Polish Army. In accordance with the Polish Armed Forces development
program for the years 2013-2022, purchase of modern weapons is planned, and many types of equipment used
so far will be modernised.
The armoured and mechanised forces have acquired one of the most modern tanks in the world: the Leopard 2 A5.
Military units also will acquire the Rosomak wheeled armoured personnel carriers (APCs), which performed very
well in Afghanistan in Czad. The Polish Air Force have acquired an advanced training aircraft, the M-346 Master.
The Polish coast is defended by a modern anti-ship missile system, the NSM.
The Polish Armed Forces development program for the years 2013-2022 also includes purchase of modern
multipurpose helicopters, new vessels for the Polish Navy as well as unmanned aircraft of various purpose and
size. Modernisation of the Polish air defence system has also been given priority.
The purpose of efforts aimed at modernisation of the Polish Armed Forces is to guarantee the sovereignty
of Poland, proper performance of ally duties and supporting the society in crisis situations. This book contains
a review of selected armament and equipment used by the Polish Army.
Les expériences tirées de la participation aux missions à l’étranger et le programme de modernisation technique
a causé beaucoup de grands changements favorables dans l’Armée Polonaise. Conformément au programme
du développement des Forces Armées de la République de Pologne dans les années 2013-2022 on prévoit l’achat
de systèmes d’armement modernes et beaucoup des moyens de guerre utilisés à ce jour seront modernisés.

L’Armée blindée et mécanisée a obtenu des chars parmi les plus modernes dans le monde - Leopard 2 A5. Aux
unités seront également dirigés les transporteurs à roues blindés Rosomak successifs, lesquels ont bien passé
leur examen en Afghanistan et au Tchad. Les Forces Aériennes ont acquis des avions pour une formation avancée
M-346 Master. La côte polonaise est défendue par un système des missiles antinavires NSM.
Le programme pour le développement des Forces Armées de la République de Pologne dans les années
2013-2022 prévoit également l’achat des hélicoptères modernes multitâches, de nouveaux navires pour la marine
et des avions de différents types et tailles. La priorité est aussi à la modernisation de la défense aérienne du pays.
Les efforts visant à moderniser les Forces Armées de la République de Pologne visent à garantir la souveraineté
de l’Etat polonais, remplir des obligations vis-à-vis nos alliés et soutenir la société en situation de crise.
Cet album présente un aperçu de certaines armes et de l’équipement de l’Armée Polonaise.

Wojsko Polskie wykorzystuje kilkanaście typów broni
strzeleckiej. Dzięki doświadczeniom wyniesionym z misji
bojowych w Iraku i Afganistanie broń ta jest nieustannie
modernizowana. Żołnierze mają też do dyspozycji nowoczesne
celowniki dzienne i nocne, w znacznym stopniu poprawiające
skuteczność na współczesnym polu walki.
Do jednostek docierają nowoczesne karabiny wyborowe oraz
granatniki i moździerze. Program rozwoju Sił Zbrojnych
Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej w latach 2013–2022 przewiduje
znaczne nakłady na nowoczesne indywidualne wyposażenie
i uzbrojenie żołnierza, między innymi modułowe karabinki
kalibru 5.56 mm.
The Polish Army uses a dozen or so types of firearms. Thanks
to experience gathered during combat missions in Iraq and
Afghanistan, they are constantly modernised. Modern day- and
night-time sights are available for the soldiers, which significantly
improves firearms effectiveness on the modern battlefield.
Units are being equipped with modern sniper rifles, grenade
launchers and mortars. The Polish Armed Forces modernisation
program for the years 2013-2022 provides for significant funds
for soldiers’ personal equipment and armament, including,
among others, 5.56 mm modular assault rifles.
L’Armée Polonaise utilise plus d’une dizaine de types d’armes
légères. Grâce à l’expérience de missions de combat en Irak
et en Afghanistan, cette arme est sans cesse rénovée. Les soldats
ont également à leur disposition des viseurs modernes de jour
et nuit, améliorant considérablement l’efficacité sur le champ
de bataille moderne.
Aux unités arrivent des fusils modernes de tireur d’élite ainsi
que des lance-grenades et des mortiers. Le programme
de développement des Forces Armées de la République de Pologne
dans les années 2013-2022 prévoit des dépenses importantes
pour l’équipement individuel moderne et l’armement du soldat,
entre autres les fusils de calibre 5,56 modulaire.

Od niedawna polskiego wybrzeża broni Nadbrzeżny Dywizjon
Rakietowy, wyposażony w nowoczesne rakiety NSM, zdolne
razić cele oddalone o 200 km. Do jednostek wojskowych trafiają
kolejne zestawy nowoczesnych rakiet przeciwpancernych Spike
oraz przeciwlotniczych Grom.
Sukcesywnie zwiększa się w Wojsku Polskim liczba wyrzutni
rakietowych WR 40 Langusta oraz 155-milimetrowych
haubicoarmat Krab. W najbliższym czasie armia wzbogaci się
o długo oczekiwany samobieżny moździerz Rak na podwoziu
sprawdzonego w walce kołowego transportera opancerzonego
Rosomak. Modernizuje się także zestawy przeciwlotnicze
ZU i ZUR do standardu ZU-23-4MP Biała oraz ZUR-23-2KG.
Recently, the Polish coast started to be defended by the Coastal
Missile Squadron, equipped with the modern NSM missiles,
capable of reaching targets at the distance of 200 kilometres.
Military units receive more Spike anti-tank missiles and Grom
MANPADS.
The number of WR 40 Langusta rocket launchers and 155 mm
Krab self-propelled howitzers is constantly rising. In the immediate
future, the army will receive the long awaited self-propelled mortar,
Rak, on the chassis of the combat-tested Rosomak wheeled
APC. The ZU and ZUR air-defence systems are modernised
to the ZU-23-4MP Biała and ZUR-23-2KG standard.

Escadron Côtier des Missiles, équipés en missiles modernes NSM
capables de heurter une cible éloignée de 200 km. Aux unités
militaires arrivent des lots successifs de fusées modernes antichars

Le nombre de lance-roquettes WR 40 Langusta et canonsobusiers 155 millimètres Krab dans l’Armée Polonaise augmente
successivement. Bientôt l’armée sera enrichie d’un mortier
automoteur attendu Rak sur le châssis d’un transporteur blindé
sur roues Rosomak, éprouvé en combat. Également on améliore
des ensembles antiaériens ZU et ZUR au standard ZU-23-4MP

Do Polski docierają kolejne partie czołgów Leopard 2 A5, które
są jednymi z najlepszych na świecie. Wraz z już posiadanymi
czołgami Leopard 2 A4 będą doposażone i modernizowane
w polskich zakładach zbrojeniowych.
Armia zakupiła także ponad 300 sprawdzonych w misji
afgańskiej kołowych transporterów opancerzonych Rosomak
w różnych wersjach bojowych i specjalistycznych. Polska
pozostaje jednym z najliczniej wyposażonych w sprzęt pancerny
europejskich państw NATO.
Consecutive batches of Leopard 2 A5s arrive in Poland; these tanks
are one of the best tanks in the world. Along with Leopard 2 A4s,
with which military units are already equipped, they will be provided
with additional equipment and modernised at Polish military
plants.
The Army also bought more than 300 Rosomak wheeled APCs,
combat proven in Afghanistan, in various combat and specialist
versions. Of the European NATO countries, Poland remains one
of the best equipped with armoured vehicles.

qui sont parmi les meilleurs au monde. Avec des chars déjà
possédés Leopard 2 A4 ils seront accessoirement équipés
et modernisés dans les établissements d’armement polonais.
L’armée a acheté aussi plus de 300 transporteurs blindés
Rosomak ayant fait leurs preuves lors de la mission
en Afghanistan dans diverses versions de combat et spécialisés.
La Pologne reste un des pays européens de l’OTAN parmi
les plus équipés en matériel blindés.

Jednym z dotychczasowych priorytetów modernizacyjnych
polskiej armii była wymiana analogowego sprzętu łączności
na urządzenia cyfrowe. Dzięki tym działaniom jednostki
wojskowe dysponują nowoczesnymi środkami łączności.
Systemy satelitarne umożliwiają żołnierzom łączność z krajem
z najbardziej odległych rejonów świata, a dowódcom różnych
szczebli kontrolowanie przebiegu działań w czasie rzeczywistym
za pomocą nowoczesnych systemów dowodzenia.
One of the previous priorities as regards modernisation
of the Polish army was replacement of analogue communications
devices with digital ones. Thanks to these actions, military units
are equipped with modern communications equipment. Satellite
systems make it possible for soldiers to contact their families even
from the most remote parts of the world and for commanders
at various levels – to control the course of actions in real time with
the use of modern command systems.
Une des priorités actuelles de la modernisation de l’armée
polonaise a été le remplacement du matériel de communications
analogiques par l’équipement numérique. Grace à ces actions
les unités militaires disposent des moyens de communications
modernes. Les systèmes de satellite permettent aux soldats
d’avoir une liaison avec le pays dans les régions les plus isolées
du monde et aux commandants des différents niveaux de contrôler
le parcours des actions en temps réel à l’aide de systèmes
modernes de commandement.

Do jednostek obrony powietrznej trafiają nowoczesne stacje
radiolokacyjne, między innymi mobilne stacje NUR 15 M,
które mogą śledzić ponad 250 celów jednocześnie. Są to
tak zwane radary trójwspółrzędne, które mogą określić
zarówno wysokość, odległość, jak i azymut śledzonego obiektu.
Doświadczenia zdobyte przy ich budowie będą wykorzystane
w tworzeniu nowoczesnego systemu obrony powietrznej,
tak zwanej tarczy antyrakietowej, zdolnej do przechwytywania
głowic balistycznych.
Air defence units are being provided with modern radar systems,
such as, among others, the NUR 15 M mobile systems, capable
of tracking more than 250 targets at the same time. These are
so-called 3D radars, which can determine the height, range
and azimuth to the target being tracked. Experience gathered during
their construction will be used during the creation of a modern
air-defence system, the so-called anti-missile system, capable
of intercepting ballistic missile warheads.

de radiolocalisation modernes, entre autres les stations mobiles
NUR 15 M, qui peuvent suivre plus de 250 cibles simultanément.
Ce sont ainsi nommés les radars à trois coordonnées qui peuvent
déterminer aussi bien la distance, hauteur et l’azimut de l’objet
suivi. L’expérience acquise au moment de leur construction sera
utilisé dans la création d’un système de défense aérienne moderne,
appelé bouclier antimissile capable d’intercepter des ogives
balistiques.

Wojsko Polskie inwestuje w sprzęt rozpoznawczy. W misji
afgańskiej polski kontyngent z powodzeniem wykorzystywał
bezzałogowe statki latające kilku typów. Pozwalały one wykrywać
działania przeciwnika i stosować przeciwko niemu skuteczne
środki walki.
W ramach programu modernizacji technicznej Sił Zbrojnych
Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej na lata 2013-2022 planuje się
zakup kilkuset „bezzałogowców” różnej wielkości, zarówno
rozpoznawczych, jak i bojowych. Rozpoczęły się dostawy
małych bezzałogowych statków latających typu Fly Eye dla
artylerii i jednostek specjalnych. Fly Eye wyposażony jest
w kamerę dzienną oraz nocną – termowizyjną.
The Polish Army invests in reconnaissance equipment. During
the mission in Afghanistan, the Polish contingent successfully
used several types of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). They made
it possible to detect enemy movement and use effective weapons
against the enemy.
Within the confines of the Polish Armed Forces modernisation
program for the years 2013-2022, purchase of several hundreds
of UAVs of various size is planned; both reconnaissance and
combat ones will be bought. Deliveries of small Fly Eye UAVs for
artillery and special forces units have already started. The Fly Eye
is equipped with a day-time camera and a night-time (Imaging
Infra Red) camera.

La mission du contingent polonais en Afghanistan a utilisé
avec succès les aéronefs sans personnel de plusieurs types. Ils
permettaient de détecter les actions de l’ennemi et utiliser contre
lui les mesures efficaces de combat.
Dans le cadre du Programme de la modernisation technique des
Forces Armées de la République de Pologne pour les années 2013-2022 on planifie d’acheter quelque centaines de « drones »
de différentes tailles, aussi bien de reconnaissance que de combat.
On a commencé l’approvisionnement en petits aéronefs sans
pilote de type Fly Eye pour l’artillerie et les unités spéciales. Fly Eye
est équipé en camera de jour et de nuit – à thermovision.

Rozwój wojsk inżynieryjnych oraz chemicznych zawsze
pozostawał w cieniu wielkich programów modernizacyjnych.
Jednak także tutaj zachodzą zmiany. Dzięki misjom
zagranicznym saperzy otrzymali nowoczesne roboty saperskie
oraz trały. Prowadzone są prace nad nowym pojazdem
inżynieryjnym. Do armii docierają nowe mosty towarzyszące
na podwoziu kołowym MS-20 Daglezja. Żołnierze wyposażani
są w nowoczesne systemy ochrony przed bronią masowego
rażenia.
Development of the military engineering and chemical corps
remained in the shadow during large-scale modernisation
programs. However, things change also in this respect. Thanks
to missions performed abroad, the engineering corps have
received modern EOD robots and mine flails. Research
on a modern engineering vehicle is in progress. The army
receives new mobile assault bridges on a wheeled chassis,
the MS-20 Daglezja. Soldiers are being equipped with modern
CBRN protection systems.
Le développement des armées de génie et chimique et toujours
est toujours resté dans l’ombre des grands programmes
de modernisation. Cependant, là aussi, il y a des changements.
Grâce à des missions à l’étranger les sapeurs ont reçu
des robots démineurs modernes et dragues. On travaille
sur un nouveau véhicule de génie. A l’armée arrivent
de nouveaux ponts d’accompagnement sur le châssis à roues
de la MS-20 Daglezja. Les soldats sont équipés en systèmes modernes
de protection contre les armes de destruction massive.
