Opis przedmiotu zamówienia
Gneiss is one of the biggest and the most important group of metamorphic rocks. In
the mineralogical composition of this rock are always both feldspars and quartz with
mica less often amfibiole can be found. Thanks to the characteristic structure and
texture ( grey colour, slightly shiny, in cross section ply construction). Gneiss can be
found in architecture and garden architecture as well (eg. bark stone). This is the
kind of granite, but it is different from the rael granite. It is the stone which is more
for lamination, for example for facade mosaics, but we cut from it mainly boards and
formatted discs. This construction of the natural laminate makes, that in real, it
looks like 'the sedimentary stone', like the slate. It gives unigue decorations and
form. In standard, we are making stone mosaics 'sunny and silver wall'-they are both
sides cut and both sides chopped and 'wild wall' one side cut. The Premium
products, like stone board and formatted discs are both side cut without polishing
and grinding. In this kind of rock and structure the process is very difficult and
expensive. I think if we deliver you some samples it will be clear. Depending on the
application, the formatted boards after placing are impregnated by the natural
impregnate, or by other which strengthens the colour of gneiss (extracts the
plentitude of colour). Considering the way of extraction of gneiss blocks ( the are not
very big), we practice following kinds of boards already formatted: 40/40/3cm

50/50/3cm 60/60/3cm 60/40/3cm The stone board 110/12/3cm 55/12/3cm The
facade mosaics 'sunny and silver wall' length from 30cm to minimum 12mm width 6cm thickeness -about 1,5cm Thickeness has not less that 3cm plus, minus 2mm (
tolerance). We always impregnate the coating to protect from the weather and to
making it hardy. If we are talking about the samples, I did not think about one full
palette, in which we can store 1 ton. I wanted to put one piece of each product, it
means all sizes of above mentioned formatted board, 2 kinds of boards and the
samples stone mosiacs from each kind. The total weight is not less than 150 kg. So,
the palette is very low ( together with the palette height it will be about 20 - 25 cm).
It is the most convenient form because the samples eg. stone board in full size, very
often are demaged by delivery during the repacking. But, if you would like to get
only one kind of the board in smaller size and one piece of each kind of mosaics, we
