3. Conference languages: Polish, English
4. Plenary sessions: organisers foresee presentations which will be given by the railway test
rings operators and appropriate railway authorities
5. Poster session: Participants can propose topics to be presented at the poster session.
Associated article title has to be pointed during registration. Articles and abstracts have to be
submitted in due time. All received articles will be reviewed and qualified by the Conference
Program Committee. The one page abstracts (prepared in accordance with the “Guidelines
for Authors” – abstract template) will be printed in Conference Proceedings. The text of the
article should be written in English in line with the editorial requirements („Guidelines for
Authors” – article template). The volume of the article should not exceed ten A4 pages
including figures, tables and references. Articles after two positive reviews will be published
in the journal PROBLEMY KOLEJNICTWA (RAILWAY REPORTS). A template for posters
will be sent if article is accepted.
6. Conference fee:
− 370 EUR gross per person – accommodation in a single room,
− 340 EUR gross per person – accommodation in a double room,
Conference fee includes: participation in the conference, conference proceedings, abstracts
publication in conference proceedings, article publication in RAILWAY REPORTS,
accommodation, food as in conference program, participation in accompanying event.
7. Registration: participation in the conference “Railway Test Rings” requires fulfilling the
application form (available at: www.ikolej.pl). Presentation at the poster session requires
declaration of willingness shown by defining article title in the application form.
8. Deadlines:
− participants registration with the title of the article

− submission of the abstract and full text of the article

− payment of the conference fee

9. Conference fee: (in EUR) should be paid through bank transfer giving the name(s) of the
participant(s) with the name and VAT number of the institution.

The main purpose of the Conference
20 ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION PROGRAM
The Railway Test Rings Conference will create an excellent platform for exchange of unique
experience related to operational, technical and organizational challenges the railway test
rings are facing, as a dedicated infrastructure for conducting test cases and verification
processes. The capabilities as well as experiences gained by the railway test ring operators
will be presented. Discussion will comprise opportunities and challenges associated with
utilization of specialized test facilities, application of different technical solutions, verification
of innovative technologies.
