This 18 m² big room lies in a wonderful town villa in central situation in Weil am
Rhein.
The anew renovated room is equipped with two single beds and a chest of drawers.
By two windows the room is flooded with light. The ground was moved with dark
laminate what lends a noble mark to the room.
The common bathroom is tiled black and disposes of a bath and a shower. A
washing machine is also available to the free use. For the guests there is a separate
WC.
The kitchen-living room is completely equipped and is used with the other
inhabitants also together. From the kitchen you reach in the loggia where a table
invites for 4 people also to food or work.
The common sitting room offers a lot of place to let end the evening together
before the television. In summer you can spend the evenings in the great garden.
The car can be parked in the street. However, ÖPNV and all shopping possibilities
as well as doctors and banks are in immediate foot nearness.
The rent for the room amounts to 655,- Euro including additional costs for a person
plus 7% taxes. With the second person a surcharge arises after arrangement with
the render.
The intercleaning and the final cleaning are charged in each case with 15,- Euro /
hour separately.
Room can be also rented week by week - price on inquiry.
