This approx. 65m² big, 2 room loft is nicely located, quietly, and idyllic with the
brook Kander in the Green of Kandern.
She disposes about five beds, wardrobes, separate cubicles, two baths with
showering, WC and company WC.
The kitchen is completely equipped (dishwasher not available).
Telephone exists, Internet should be announced itself.
Enjoy after end of work the rest and the nature, go for a walk above the fields and
by the wood. To Basel these are approx. 15 - 20 km.
In the adjoining building there is a coin washing machine which can be coused for
3,- euro per load. Bedclothes are put by the renter. Towels are to be brought
themselves. The rent amounts to 1135,- euro / month for a person. For more
persons the price has to be coordinated with the landlord.
The renter offers a cleaning service of the kitchen and baths every 14 days, also a
final cleaning.
The car can be put down in the court. The smoking and keeping of pets are not
permitted.
With move the tenant must be able to prove a private liability insurance.
An inside swimming-pool can be also shared, water is not heated.
