The Company has been established to implement an investment in construction of the complex of
covered market for the wholesale trade of meat, fish and cheese, as well as warehouses to support
this trade with the service and administration facilities. The activity was supposed to function
similarly to a functioning covered market conducted by the Wielkopolska Gildia Rolno-Ogrodnicza
S.A., which is one of the shareholders of the Company.
Since the establishment in 2000 up to this day there hasn’t been launched operational activities
and the Company doesn’t have any employees.
The main Company's asset is undeveloped real estate with a total area of 139,530 m2.

Property is located near the Szwedzka street (section of the projected III ring Road of Poznań) and
about 3.5 km from the junction road of the A-2 highway (Krzesiny). At present access to the
property is through Franowo street (in its extension, on land owned by the City of Poznan, along
the northern boundary of plot No. 2/20 there’s been laid an asphalted surface).
In the immediate vicinity of Real estate there is currently built tram line and a new MPK tram
depot. The following picture shows the approximate location of the property (blue arrows).
The complex of parcels has a regular shape, with the plot No 2/20 not having a regular shape - this
doesn’t restrict investment opportunities using complex of plots. Plots are characterized by gentle
lay of the land.

There are basic media and infrastructure in the close vicinity of the real estate which allow to build
commercial and industrial facilities.
It is allowed to build a medium-high
building with a services function and
medium-high
buildings
like:
industrial
plants (including high technology), bases,
depots, warehouses and other economic
activities as well as recycling facilities and
technical
bases
on
the
Company’s
property according to drawing of zoning
plan of the city of Poznan. The property is
located
in
the
area
for
which
it
is
obligatory to prepare a detailed zoning
plan, with the possibility of location of retail facilities of over 2,000 m2.
The Company doesn’t conduct any operational activities, but in 2010 it acquired net profit for
obtaining compensation from the Governor of Wielkopolska in the implementation of the EURO
2012 project which involved the construction of the tram route Lecha-Franowo housing estates. For
this reason, the Company had to return part of owned land and received a compensation in the
amount of net 2,533,026.00 PLN. In 2011 company paid a dividend to shareholders. City of Poznan
received 538,876.71 PLN, and WGRO SA received 100,231.07 PLN. The amount of the dividend
was paid after allocation of profit to cover losses from previous years. The rest of compensation
was located on deposit of which the Company received the interest. It enabled to make a profit in
2011. In the end of 2011 the Company has accumulated over 1.7 mio PLN on bank deposits.
