Halfmarathon route
Flat route, passes through the streets of the town, 3 loops, it has got PZLA certificate.
There are two refreshing centers and two beverage points. Time limit for covering the
route is 3 hours.
V.
Age categories
The race includes the following age categories for men and women:
M18 (men from 18 to 24 years old)
W18 (women from 18 to 24 years old)
M25 ( men from 25 to 29 years old)
W25 ( women from 25 to 29 years old)
M30 (men from 30 to 34 years old)
W30 (30-34)
M35 (men from 35 to 39 years old)
W35 (35-39)
M40 (men from 40to 44 years old)
W40 (40-44)
M45 (men from 45 to 49 years old)
W45 (45-49)
M50 (men from 50 to 54 years old)
W50 (50-54)
M55 (men from 55 to 59 years old)
W55 (55-59)
M60 (men from 60 to 64 years old)
W60 (60-64)
M65 (men from 65 to 69 years old)
W65 (65-69)
M70 (men who are 70 years old and older) W 70 (women who are 70 years old and older)
VII. Time measurement
Time will be measured by company DATA SPORT, that uses active WTA chips. Every
competitor will get a chip at the halfmarathon office for free. Only participants who have
the CHIP may take part and be ranked at the end of the competition. The wrong fastening
of the CHIP may cause disqualification.
VIII. Awards for participants
Competitors, who register and pay staring fee on time, will receive a start package. All
participants who finish the race within the time limit will get a commemorative medal.
After the race the organizers offer a warm meal and drinks.

II place – 1500 zl
III place – 1200 zl
IV place – 700 zl
V place – 500 zl
VI place – 300 zl
VII place – 200 zl

WOMEN
I place – 2000 zl

From the amount over 760 zl, it needs to be paid a tax 10%. In the age categories there
will be also a commemorative cup for I, II and III place. The participants, who will be
rewarded in general classification, will not be rewarded in the age categories.
The organizer has prepared also the awards for the oldest competitors.
All competitors who will finish the halfmarathon in the time limit will take part in a prizedrawing.

VIII. Registration
Registration may be done until:
1. 5th of June 2011, until 12.00 a.m.: online: www.polmaratongrodzisk.pl
2. 3rd of June 2011, by phone: 061 44 45 398 from Monday till Friday 8.00 until 14.30
3. Registration can not be done on the day of the halfmarathon

Financial issues

25,0 zl for competitors who will register and pay until the 31th of March 2011
35,0 zl for competitors who will register and pay until the 30th of April 2011
50,0 zl for competitors who will register and pay until the 27th of May 2011
60,0 zł for competitors who will register and pay until the 6th of June 2011
A name and surname of the competitor should be written as the title of the bank transfer.
Payments of starting fees can not be done after 6th of June 2011
Payments of starting fees can not be done just before the halfmarathon
Registration can not be done after 5th of June 2011 and just before the halfmarathon.
Verification of participants will take place in the halfmarathon office from 7.00 till 10.00
The date when the starting fee is on the account is treated as the date of ravenue.
Competitors who will pay the starting fee by bank after the 3rd of June but before 6th of June
2011 should show a confirmation of the bank transfer in the halfmarathon office.
Runners who are over 70 get starting fee exemption .

Participation
In 4th Slowak Half Marathon can participate people who are 18 years old . Every competitor
takes part in the event on one’s own responsibility, which confirms by signing on a
registration form .
Each participant has to agree to processing one’s personal data.
Each participant has to read and obey the regulations, which is confirmed by taking the race
number.
XI.
Final procedures
The race results will be send as a text message to those who will give mobile phone number
while filling in the registration form, after the event and also at the web pages:
www.polmaratongrodzisk.pl and www.maratonypolskie.pl .
The organizer offers free accommodation in Grodzisk Sport Hall – own sleeping bag and
foam mattress are needed.
The halfmarathon will take place regardless of the weather.
The organizer is not responsible for lost belongings.
The final interpretation of the regulations depends on the organizer.
