The role of a training provider working with young unemployed people in the uk to develop their
employability and entrepreneurial skills. how we link with employers to run traineeships and employability courses. Our experiences of delivering the RLG programme to 15 and 16 year olds who
were in danger of becoming neets, and the importance of the role of the trainer in the RLG programme.
