the International Scientific Conference:
EDUCATION YESTERDAY - TODAY – TOMORROW
Education in a dialogue of generations and in building better future
The conference will be accompanied by the 100th anniversary of establishing The School
Committee of the Radom District. We would like to discuss both historical subjects and a
contemporary condition of education. We also would like to move towards future. The
conference will take place on 15th and 16th October 2015.

THE CONFERENCE ISSUES will concentrate on the following topics:







Historical grounds of education and upbringing
Dilemmas and crossroads of contemporary education
Education, training and improving teachers’ skills for future
Educational- vocational consultancy in supporting pupils, students and workers
Education vs. job market: qualifications, competences
Cooperation and partnership in development and improving of the quality of
education
Quo vadis, teacher?
The organizers count on a wide interest and participation of the lecturers and teachers working on educating and
training, on diagnosis of a contemporary condition of education, in order to share the experience and
achievements during the conference.
We guarantee the publication of the sent texts, papers and reports in the volume after the review process, as well
as delivering the volume before the conference starts.
The organizers cordially invite to participate in the conference. Applications and the subjects of the papers
should be sent till 15th May 2015, the complete texts- till 30th June 2015.
A detailed conference programme containing the subjects of plenary lectures and particular sections will be sent
to the participants till 5th October 2015 in the form of the announcement no. 2.
LANGUAGE OF THE CONFERENCE: Polish, English, Slovak, Czech.

Information for the authors of the papers
The text in an electronic form (up to 10 pages long together with drawings and charts) should be sent to the
office of the conference up to 30.06.2015. Bibliography and summaries both in Polish and English (up to 5
verses long) should be placed at the end of the text.
All the sent works after being reviewed, will be published before the conference.
