W związku z wieloma pytaniami Krajowy Punkt Kontaktowy informuje, że zgodnie z interpretacją Komisji
Europejskiej naukowcy ze stopniem doktora habilitowanego (a więc samodzielni pracownicy naukowi) są
uprawnieni do składania wniosków w pierwszym konkursie Programu "IDEAS" (ERC Starting Grants),
oczywiście pod warunkiem, że stopień doktora uzyskali 2-9 lat przed 25 kwietnia 2007 r.
2. Poszukiwani są partnerzy do 12 projektów w 7.PR
Poniżej przesyłamy oferty współpracy w ramach projektów w 7 PR:
2.1. PS-HU-456: MOBAP-CDM - MOdel BAsed Predictive Chronic Disease Management. The IP project
MOBAP-CDM aims to develop, and integrate ICT technologies into a unified system for personalised

2.2. PS-ES-450: Portable and teleoperated robotic surgical platform PS-ES-450: The objective of the proposed
project is to develop a teleoperated robotic surgical center for replacing the classical surgical team in hazardous

2.3. PS-CH-552: GENIBODY - Generic Implantable/Wearable Body Sensor Node GENIBODY: This projects
aims to develop an ultra-low-power generic System-in-Package (SiP) devoted to wearable and implantable body

2.4. Project proposal (FP7-ICT, FPT-SSH)
Title: IT support for virtual lifelong learning centers
Type Details: The project is aimed to develop a model and a respective set of software to support core activities
of virtual lifelong learning centers (LLLC). LLLC will serve as one-stop centre by integrating information and
guidance. The project will allow to overcome institutional barriers – fragmented supply of learning
opportunities. LLLC will enable universities and other educational institutions to present structured information
on their educational services in a standardized format. On the other hand, LLLC will enable prospective learners
to conduct search of lifelong learning services, to compare services offered by various educational institutions
and to select the most appropriate learning opportunities which match learners' needs, aspirations and styles.
LLLC should implement procedures to support interaction of institution with prospective learners (enquiry,
applications and enrolment system). In addition LLLC will provide direct access to educational institutions'
portals thus allowing to continue interaction with learners to deliver training. Project deliverables include: LLLC
model concept and component structure; LLLC and educational institution integration model; standards for

description of educational service and competence; standards for classification of educational services and
competences; methodological, architectural and technological approaches to enable to unify the procedure of
LLLC and educational institution integration; the set of software to support LLLC core activities (portal-based
solution) and to integrate institutions into the network of virtual lifelong learning centers. The standards will
enable to assess quality of educational services and to ensure comparability of services offered by various
institutions. In order to increase cost-effectiveness the project will investigate opportunity to use EU standards,
products and solutions.

Expertise: The requested Partners should have skills and competencies in various aspects of establishment and
operation of lifelong learning centers, networking of universities and other educational institutions, integrated
delivery of educational services in a transparent and coherent manner, formulation of structured description of

lifelong learning centers.

2.9. Thetis is an Italian advanced engineering and systems integrator company merging knowledge in
environmental technologies and ICT to provide innovative solutions in three business areas: Environmental

Organisation: The Foundation Technological Centre of Integral Logistics of Cantabria is a technological centre
constituted as a foundation in 2005 by initiative of the Government of Cantabria that together with recognized
companies and institutions belonging to the logistic and transport sectors composes the Patronage. CTL is
positioned strategically as it connects the public sector dedicated to the investigation and the companies of the
sector, promoting the relation between these and the administrations, European, national and regional. It is a
technology transmitting organ of knowledge, created as an independent institution following the development of
general and regional interests and not associated to particular or commercial interests.
Project idea: The Project that has been developing in our foundation explores the application of semantic
technologies to the optimisation of logistics processes.
Partners searched: Either enterprises or universities that make research on the fields of transport, software and
semantics. Preferably belonging to the countries on the east of Europe and specially on the New Member States
that have come to join the European Union during this lasts years.

Mając na uwadze wolę konsekwentnej realizacji polityki proinnowacyjnej w naszym Regionie oraz gotowość
ustawicznej pracy na rzecz koordynacji poczynań i wzrostu świadomości społecznej, w grudniu 2006 roku,
Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Dolnośląskiego rozpoczął realizację projektu własnego pn.: „Biuro
Koordynacji Wdrażania Dolnośląskiej Strategii Innowacji” (BW DSI) w ramach Działania 2.6 ZPORR Regionalne Strategie Innowacyjne i transfer wiedzy.

Zespół ICT z Krajowego Punktu Kontaktowego Programów Badawczych UE pracuje nad przygotowaniem II
edycji katalogu mającego na celu promocję polskich organizacji, instytutów badawczych oraz firm aktywnych w
tematach:
- ICT for Networked Business (Technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych stosowanych w biznesie)
- Micro-/Nano subsystems (Mikrosystemów)
- Embedded Systems (Systemów „wbudowanych” - typu embedded, dedykowanych do praktycznych urządzeń i
aplikacji).
W katalogu mogą się reklamować m.in.: politechniki, firmy z branży IT, technologii mobilnych, producenci
oprogramowania… Oprócz profilu organizacji, możliwe będzie również zamieszczenie informacji o
prowadzonych ciekawych projektach (nie tylko europejskich, ale również krajowych), badaniach oraz
inicjatywach.

6. Szkoła letnia "Highlights in Microtechnology", Neuchâtel (Szwajcaria), 2-13 lipca 2007
W dniach 02-13 lipca 2007 Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Szwajcarska Fundacja na rzecz Badań w Mikrotechnologii
organizuje szkołę letnią "Highlights in Microtechnology". Szkoła jest organizowana w ramach programu Maria
Curie (6PR), uczestnictwo w niej może być dofinansowane w ramach tego programu (włącznie z utrzymaniem
oraz częściowym zwrotem kosztów podróży).
The program is ideal for recent graduates and doctoral students in physics or engineering who wish to boost
their standing in the high-tech job market. Due to the funding received from the European Community, the
Committees wish to address the course particularly to young scientists coming from new EU Member States and
who have never had the opportunity of working with large technological facilities. Participants that want to
apply for the MC funding must register by May 31, 2007. The Marie Curie Fellowship covers the
participation fees, lodging and lunches plus a partial travel allowance (details below)
