pierwsza wizyta robocza w ramach projektu Comenius Regio
„Digital media? ICT? – Know how!”
Delegacja z Kuratorium Oświaty w Rzeszowie, Podkarpackiego Centrum Edukacji
w Rzeszowie oraz polskich szkół uczestniczących w projekcie Comenius Regio wzięła udział
w wizycie roboczej w Dillingen w Bawarii. W skład delegacji wchodzili:

Krystyna Wróblewska – Dyrektor Podkarpackiego Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli
w Rzeszowie
Stanisław Fundakowski – wicedyrektor Podkarpackiego Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli
w Rzeszowie, oddział w Krośnie
Marta Markowicz – dyrektor Zespołu Szkół w Czarnej
Anna Korczewska – Dyrektor Szkoły Podstawowej nr 11 w Jarosławiu
Adam Hoły – Dyrektor Publicznego Gimnazjum nr 1 w Łańcucie
Justyna Węgrzynowicz – nauczyciel w Gimnazjum Katolickim w Stalowej Woli.
Podczas wizyty partnerzy obu regionów wzięli udział w szkoleniach i prezentacjach:
- wykorzystanie programu Joomla do budowania strony internetowej (przygotowane przez
stronę polską)
- uczenie się przez całe życie a wypalenie zawodowe nauczycieli (przygotowane przez stronę
polską)
- Kierowanie procesem własnego rozwoju i uczenia się (przygotowane przez stronę
niemiecką)
- Bawarski system edukacyjny
- Prezentacja regionu Podkarpacia oraz szkół i instytucji włączonych do projektu ze strony
polskiej
Wspólnie polsko – niemiecka grupa uczestniczyła w obserwacji trzech lekcji
przeprowadzonych zgodnie z nową koncepcję nauczania jako kierowania procesem uczenia
się dzieci i młodzieży a zarazem przygotowywania ich do „uczenia się przez całe życie”.
Odbyły się panele dyskusyjne, podczas których partnerzy przybliżyli problematykę
związaną z edukacją w obu regionach partnerskich, wymienili się informacjami
i doświadczeniami oraz uzgodnili kolejne działania na dwuletni okres trwania projektu.

Dillingen, 4-8 October 2010 – the first Working Visit
The first Working visit was held from 4th to 8th October 2010 in Dillingen, Bavaria.
Delegates from Polish institutions involved in the Project took part in the visit.
Amongst the members of the delegation were:

Stanisław Fundakowski – Vice–director of Podkarpackie Centrum Edukacji
Nauczycieli w Rzeszowie oddział w Krośnie (Subcarpathian In-Service Teachers Training
Centre in Rzeszow, Krosno Branch),
Marta Markowicz – Headmistress of Publiczna Szkoła Podstawowa in Czarna
(PrimarySchoolin Czarna),
Anna Korczewska – Headmistress of Szkoła Podstawowa nr 11 z oddziałami
integracyjnymi im. Adama Mickiewicza in Jaroslaw (Adam Mickiewicz Primary School no
11 with Integration Units in Jaroslaw),
Adam Hoły – Headmaster of Publiczne Gimnazjum Nr 1 w Łańcucie im. Stefana
Kardynała Wyszyńskiego (Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński Middle School no 1 in Łańcut),
Justyna Węgrzynowicz – teacher of Katolickie Gimnazjum w Stalowej Woli (Catholic
Middle School in Stalowa Wola).
Representatives of Dillingen Local Authorities took part in the Opening Ceremony, which
was held on the first day of the visit. Amongst them were Leo Schrell – Landrat des
Landkreises Dillingen District Administrator of Dillingen, Direktor Akademie fuer
Lehrerfortbildung und Personalfuehrung Dr. Paul Olbrich and a group of teachers from a
Bavarian School involved with the Project.
The main goal of our first meeting was to develop principles of cooperation, Project
documentation and planning oncoming visits in Poland and Bavaria.
During the visit all the planned outcomes have been achieved.
The opening lecture “Lifelong Learning – nowadays necessity against professional burnout”
was prepared and delivered by Hanna Stasicka and Stanisław Fundakowski. Functions of
Bavarian Education System was the topic of the lecture delivered by the teacher of
Bismarckschule VS Memmingen Gabriele Holzer. The lecture “Ability to Manage SelfEducation” was held by dr Ludwig Kreuzpointer from University in Regensburg.
Together with the teachers and headmasters of Bavarian schools we observed 4 classes taught
in the schools involved in the Project. The observation card was prepared to direct the
observation. Also a film was made and pictures taken during the lessons as a part of
documantation. The outcomes of our observations were discussed later.
Minister of Bavarian Education (Bayerische Kultusminister) Dr. Ludwig Spaenle came to one
of our working meetings. The Minister stressed that the choice topic for the Project was very
accurate and emphasised the necessity to promote lifelong learning in modern Europe. He
also said that use of Multimedia was an inevitable part of this process.
All outcomes will be included in Project materials, publications and will become available on
the Project website: www.pcen.pl/LLP.
During one of the first meetings we were taught how to use Joomla, a tool used to make the
Project website.
Thanks to the hospitality of our hosts and the Project partners, we were able to visit the
nearest neighbourhood of Dillingen and admire the beauty of landscapes and architecture of
Bavaria.
In January 2011, the second Project visit will be held in Podkarpacie. We will host an 8people delegation from Bavaria. Many activities have already been planned. To mention some
of them: presentation of the Polish Education System, and the system of In-Service Teachers
Training, school visits, conferences, and meeting with people responsilbe for eduction in our
region.
The Project work is in progress. The Working Visits lead to achieving the goals. Project
Teams from both Poland and Germany work on the material preparations and plans for the
next visits.
