EDITORIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PUBLICATION
1.
The volume of submitted texts must not exceed 40 000 characters with spaces
(including footnotes and final bibliography).
2.
Text saved in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) should be sent to the following address:
[email protected].
3.
On the first page, in the header, should be placed details about the author (in particular: name
and
surname,
professional
title,
degree/academic
title,
for
academics
- an indication of affiliation and position held).
4.
The title of the paper should be brief and comprehensive.
5.
The text should be prepared using: A4 format, vertical orientation, 2.5 cm margins,
font: Times New Roman, 12 points (main text), font Times New Roman, 10 points (footnotes),
line spacing 1.5 (main text), line spacing 1 (footnotes).
6.
Illustrative material may be placed only when it is actually necessary.

Illustrations (drawings, charts, diagrams) placed in the paper should be prepared and provided
in separate files saved as .jpg or .tiff, in 300 dpi resolution, in grey scale
(it is not expected to print in colour):
- in drawings, graphs and diagrams grey ground prints cannot be used,
- line should be no thinner than 0,25 points,
- the resolution of the illustrative material, either scanned or imported from the vector graphics,
should be 300 dpi,
- the signatures of drawings, charts, diagrams and their source should be entered in the format
of the Microsoft Word programme - not in the graphics mode - but as a separate paragraph
text.

The text should contain footnotes.
9.
The text must contain a separate (final) bibliography (in alphabetical order
according to the authors’ names). In case of large number of papers selected for publication,
the Organisers reserve their right to resign from the separate bibliographic chart.
10. Titles of journals should be given in the full wording (in quotation marks).
11. The text should neither be underlined, nor bolded. To emphasise a fragment, the increasing
of the spacing between characters is recommended (spaced-out text).
12. Phrases in foreign language (eg. prima facie, de lege lata) should be written in italics,
while quotes should appear in quotation marks, without italics. Quotation in quotation
should be written in the acute-angled brackets (»…« ).
13. Editors do not return the submitted material.
14. All submitted materials will be evaluated by the reviewers. In case of suggested amendments,
taking them in the consideration by the author is a condition for the publication.
15. All materials shall be subjected to editorial preparation. The edition of the text
will consist not only on the elimination of spelling errors, punctuation and style
but also on the general logical improvement of the text and to remove defects
of another type(eg. terminology or on the documentary layer). The author receives a version
ready for the application of corrections. If the corrections will not be sent within the time limit,
the text will be published without author’s amendments.
16. Texts that do not meet basic requirements of linguistic correctness they will not be accepted.
