TECHNICAL SHEET OF KRAM’S PVC CLING FILM
PVC CLING film is one of the best balanced products on the market. It is a thin cling
film with a remarkable ability to stretch and cling. KRAM’S FILM is the most suitable film for
fresh food-staffs wrapping. It extends product’s shelf life by protecting food from microorganisms and preserves the quality of wrapped food products. KRAM’S FILM has breathing
characteristic posses great cling properties and has an excellent cost-effectiveness balance.
There are a lot of applications for KRAM’S FILM. It is recommended for wrapping meat,
poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, bread and confectionery, etc… The
products wrapped into PVC stretch film have a good appearance.

WE DECLARE THE FOLLOWING APPROXIMATE COMPOSITION OF
PRODUCT:
1. PVC POLIVINYL CHLORIDE k70 (70-75%)
2. PLASTICIZERS of DEHA and ESBO (20-30%)
3. ADDITIVES (5-10%)
TEST METHOD: European Standard EN 1186-2
TIME & TEMPERATURE: 10 days / 40ºC
SIMULANT: olive oil
RESULTS:
Overall migration 9,0 mg/dm2 . /with the analytical tolerance
of method ±3 mg/dm²/
Specific migration 3,00 mg/ dm2 /the result received after
using the reduction factor 3/
PVC CLING film is in compliance with the migration limit for all
food stuffs, e.g. cheese, fish, meat which a reduction factor of 3,
i.e., can be applied.
PVC stretch film is suitable for all food stuffs such as bakery and
confectionery products, for fruits, vegetables, mushrooms,
meat, poultry, fish, smoked products and cheese packing,
except pure oil and fat as well as in oil preserved food.

- For hand packing (Hot Table) we recommend film from 9,5 to 12 microns
- For automatic use (Digi, Waldyssa, Ulma, Hobart, Omori..) we recommend film from 12 to 20
microns.

We received the following results:

We are using the following reduction factor for specific migration:
reduction factor 3 – for cheese, fish and meat
The approximate formulation is as follows:
- 70 - 75% of PVC (K70)
- 20 - 30% of plasticizers which are only DEHA [di(2-ethylhexyl) adipate, no. FCM-207] and ESBO (Epoxidized soy
bean oil, no. FCM-532)
- 5 - 10 % of additives
Produced by us PVC cling film is suitable for all kind of foodstuff, such us bread, confectionery, fruits, vegetables,
meat, poultry, fish, mushrooms, meat products and cheese packaging, excepted pure fat, oil and food preserved in
oily medium.
It is recommended that frozen foods are stored protected by PVC film at temperatures not exceeding -30°C.
Suggested storage condition is between 15°C and 25°C in a dry place and expiration for optimal use of 1 year.
The recipient should pay his attention to any change in the packaged product, its intended use and also to any
modification in the material’s processing conditions and make sure that the contents and packaging are compatible,
as directed in this declaration.
This declaration is only valid when the PVC cling film is used in optional and foreseen conditions, provided that the
handling and storage conditions are also appropriate for preservation of the film’s characteristics.
