The DE4 Purifier is a device that purifies the industrial air from a medium-pressure network (5-12 bars).
It eliminates the additional elements that are potentially generated by the compressor and the distribution network, such as:
- Condensed water
- Rust
- Oil
- Odours
- Dust (bigger than 0.5 microns)
Operation:
The air enters the Purifier through an RBE 11 end piece and goes through mechanical carbon filters before being distributed
by the 4 BAQ outlet connectors.
An automatic purge eliminates the condensates.
Two manometers measure the entrance pressure as well as the pressure after filtration.
They can only be used in sufficiently ventilated premises where the atmosphere contains a minimum oxygen
volume of 17 %.
CHARACTERISTICS :
The network pressure must be between 5 and 12 bars.

- Minimum guaranteed flow for each outlet 600l/min
- Maximum flow for each outlet 1,200 l/min

As soon as an oil smell is noticed in the breathed air or when the difference in pressure between the filters inlet and outlet is
more than 1 bar, it is necessary to change the filter set in the Distributor-Purifier.
This pressure is obtained by subtracting the pressure shown on the outlet manometer from the pressure shown on the inlet
manometer.
This reading must be read when the devices connected to the DE4 are discharging.
In any case, it is imperative to change the set of filters at least once a year if the Distributor-Purifier is only used
occasionally.
