The Relics of Saint Pope John Paul II
May 23 2016 was a special day in the history of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of the Interior in Warsaw. On this
day, we welcomed the relics of Saint Pope John Paul II in a special ceremony held at the hospital’s chapel. His Excellency
Archbishop Celestino Migliore, Apostolic Nuncio in Poland, presided over the ceremony, which was organized by Professor. dr.
n. med. Marek Durlik, Director of Hospital.
During the ceremony Professor Durlik read a letter from the Archbishop of Warsaw, Cardinal Kazimierz Nycz.
The ceremony attracted crowds of the local faithful, patients and their families, as well as hospital staff.
