15th International Percussion Forum in Zagan (Poland) is a course for percussionists preparing for
national and international music competitions. Young musicians (pupils, students and graduates) will
study under the supervision of distinguished teachers:

Anders Astrand – Sweden – vibraphone, improvisation

Cezary Konrad – Poland – drum set
10. Andrzej Waloszczyk – Poland – percussion ensembles
11. Daniel Soltis – Slovakia – drum set
12. Jose Torres – Cuba – hand drumming
13. Hubert Gasiul – Poland – drum set
14. Ryszard Bazarnik – Poland – percussion ensembles
15. Michał Barański – Poland (double bass, bass guitar) – improvisation, work in rhythm section
16. Artur Niezgoda – Poland – street dance, capoeira
17. Ania Rusowicz – Poland – psychology of stage, vocal workshops
1. The official opening of the 15th International Percussion Forum begins at 17 th of August 2015 at 7
p.m. in the Courland Hall of the Prince's Palace in Zagan.
2. Participants may arrive at 16th of August. 17th of August from 10.00 a.m. to 5 p.m. we start with
individual lessons.
3. The end of the Forum will be at 27 th of August at 8 p.m. The participants will be also handed their
certificates.
4. The participants are required to indicate the day of arrive and departure.
5. Participants - winners of national and international competition need to prove Pieces prepared for
presenting on concerts “Ours Laureates”
6. Upon arrival, participants have to report to the Office of the Organizing Forum at Pomorska 14 Street between
8 a.m – 8 p.m.
7. The participant of the 15th International Percussion Forum is required to send the aplication
form until 1th of August to the following address (along with a copy of payment in the amount of
1300 zł):

8. Deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellations.
9. Other fees (minus booking deposit) should be transferred to the given bank account until 11th of
August titled „15 IPF”
10. Completion of these formalities shall not prevent the organization participated in the
Forum.
11. The Forum participants are guaranteed:
 5 individual lessons (5X45min.), only two lessons with the same teacher.
 Percussion Ensembles
 Capoeira, street dance
12. Participants who are not 16 years can participate in a Forum only with a parent or legal guardian.
13. Participants are asked to take the drums to work in the classroom and the street parade.
14. Players preparing for the competitions will have the opportunity to present program in the halls of the Prince's
Palace.
15. The Forum will include traditional concerts:
- Daily concerts IPF participants.
- Concerts of professors and invited artists.
Also
- Fragments from the concerts and photo materials will be published on the Forum website.
- Each participant will receive a 12 IPF participation certificate.
16. It is recommended that Forum participants have the insurance to cover medical costs .
17. Course management is not responsible for any accidents and theft .
