1. I hereby declare that as the author and at the same time holder of
proprietary copyrights to the article specified herein above, submitted for publishing in
journal “Bulletin
of Maritime Institute in Gdańsk” (ISSN 1230-7424), I hereby transfer free-of-chare to the
owner of the journal, i.e. Maritime Institute in Gdańsk all and any proprietary copyrights to
the article.
2. Transfer of proprietary copyrights shall be exclusive, for indefinite period of time and
shall cover the right to multiple issue, dissemination,
duplication, processing (even if partial) and utilization of the work in each and every
form with use of any technical means.
3. At the same time I hereby waive the right to consent to have derivative copyright
exercised.
4. Maritime Institute in Gdańsk shall be entitled to grant to third parties license to
use rights to the work and dispose of proprietary copyrights constituting
subject matter hereof.
