ABOUT LOCATION
The Millennium Tree (Drzewko Tysiąclecia) is connected with the commemoration of the millennial anniversary of Gdańsk; it
symbolizes the contemporary solidarity of people from various countries in the world. The tree is an installation made by
metalwork artists; it is constantly growing – every now and then additional metal branches with carved birds and symbols are
added to the tree. It was founded in the jubilee year 1997. It is located at Targ Węglowy, near the Manor of St. George's
Brotherhood (Dwór Bractwa św. Jerzego).
