Federation and the Organizing Committee of FIS World Cup Ski

Granåsen Ski Centre - 10 km south of Trondheim
Entries by FIS Online Entry System
The entries and accommodation reservations must be done by FIS online
Entry System on www.fis-ski.com.
Deadline for preliminary entries is 13th of February 2015.
Deadline for final numbers, arrival/departure information and
transportation is 24rd of February 2015.
In case of late entries, we unfortunately can’t be able to guarantee all
services according to Rules.
Participation
The number of participants in the competitions must comply
with official FIS competition rules and regulations.
Insurance
All athletes have to be insured through their national ski
federations.

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage
to property that might occur.
All participants must have an adequate insurance cover against
accidents, illness and civil liability
Accommodation
The Organizers´payment of costs for the athletes will be according
to FIS Rules. In case of less competitors and officials than entered,
no-show has to be paid.

Economy
The organizer covers the accommodation for the athletes and their
officials according to the FIS Rules. All other financial conditions
are according to the FIS Rules and regulations. The prize-money and
travel-money will be transferred electronically to bank account
Doping Control
Doping control may be carried out at any FIS competition according to
FIS Anti-Doping Rules.

The competitions will be held in compliance with FIS Competition Rules.

Charter flight
In cooperation with the OC in Kuopio we will organize a charter flight
from Kuopio to Trondheim. The price will be EUR 405,- . Registration
form for the flight is attached. Please fill in the form and send it by email
to [email protected] no later than 10th of February . FIS
officials and the athletes will have 1st priority.
We need at least 80 persons to go through with the arrangement. If
there’s not enough passengers on the flight, we reserve the right to
cancel the flight due too financial reasons
Transport service
We offer free transportation during your stay in Trondheim and
Granåsen, including pick-up and delivery service at the airport.
Please give as detailed information as possible around your travel
plans and needs for transportation during your stay in Trondheim in the
FIS online entry system.

SKI WAXING and SERVICE AREA
There will be no ski-waxing rooms available at the hotel.
Ski wax cabins will be located at the team area at the hill.
