At the moment we are looking for a Operational Team Leader for one of our customer in
Olkiluoto, Finland.
Rodzaj pracy
The Operational Maintanance Team Leader is responsible for the preparation and
performance of all maintenance tasks. These tasks refer in general the overhaul of
equipments, maintainability check of equipments, preservation of equipments,
preventive and corrective maintenance. This person will also support construction and
commissioning teams.

Supervision of workers
Organize work between using maintenance tool
Reports all the findings of the workers
Determine and organize the supply of parts and tools if needed
Training and Development of workers
Ensure safe working environment for the workers
Wymagania

General and technical background expected:
Qualified and experienced in maintenance field
Skills required:
Understanding of preservation, preventative and corrective maintenance logics and
constraints.
Used to work under high level of quality requirement
Capacity to organize and prepare interventions procedures, including in emergency
situation
Availability and flexibility to adapt according to needs
Good skills in communication
Capacity to work in autonomy, ability to obtain support
Experience in supervising operational maintenance team
Knowledge of nuclear plant maintenance
Languages:
Full English job so good level of English is mandatory
Finnish (considered as a benefit)
