STEP 3 – finalization of project

Lesson learned
• Most important in using Integrated Design
procedure is awareness of the investor/client
• Presentation of the opportunities and advantages
of applying ID process is important
• Very important is good communication within the
design team
• In this project developer is going to operate the
hotel for next ten to twelve years, therefore the
energy efficiency and low maintenance cost are so
important for him (but short SPBT)
• In this project the sustainability standards other
than cost viable were difficult to implement
