Restructuration and transfer of machines, employees and clients portfolio (20 Mio EUR Project). • Improvement of productivity in Valencia plant by 10% in 3 months. • Renegotiation of contract for printing inks with savings of 400 000 EUR per year. 09. 2002 – 08.2008 Smurfit Kappa Poland Factory in Warsaw&Pruszkow – Corrugated and Paper Packaging.
