System FLUID-BAG –zamknięty system kontenerowy do płynów i substancji półstałych
Fluid-Bag Ltd produkuje 900 i1000 litrowe elastyczne systemy typu IBC, sprzęt do ich załadunku i
efektywnego rozładunku oraz know-how dot. integracji całego systemu w procesu produkcyjne
klienta.
System kontenerowy gwarantuje poziom odpadu produktowego na poziomie 0.5%, czyli np. 5 ltr z
1000 litrowego kontenera (tj. produkt pozostający po rozładunku w opakowaniu).
System kontenerowy używany jest najczęściej do transportu zewnętrznego lub jako tymczasowy
zbiornik produkcyjny do transport w ramach wydziału produkcyjnego (pomiędzy mieszalnią, działem
konfekcjonowania, magazynem) itp.
System FLUID-BAG stosowany jest najczęściej do olejów smarnych i smarów klasy NLGI 3 oraz
innych produktów wymagających zabezpieczenia przed zanieczyszczeniami
środków smarnych.
System Multi
Kontener MULTI składa się z:

wymiennej, jednorazowej torby wewnętrznej
opaski transportowej wielokrotnego użytku (możliwość nadruku
logotypu)
stalowej palety transportowej wielokrotnego użytku
System MULTI umożliwia znacząco obniżyć koszty logistyczne poprzez
możliwość odsyłania pustych spiętrowanych palet do producenta.
System Flexi
Kontener FLEXI składa się z:

wymiennej, jednorazowej torby wewnętrznej
opaski transportowej z możliwością nadruku logotypu
drewnianej palety transportowej jednokrotnego użytku (ISPM
15)
System Flexi eliminuje koszty logistyczne, związane z powrotem
kontenerów, koszty mycia kontenera.
Stacja Rozładowcza
Stacja Rozładowcza została stworzona do sprawnego i efektywnego
rozładunku 900 i 1000 litrowych kontenerów. Występuje w wersjach w
pełni automatycznej oraz półautomatycznej.
Stacja jest zaprojektowana w sposób umożliwiający integracje rozładunku
przy jej użyciu z istniejącym już procesem produkcyjnym (tj. konfekcja).
Dodatkowo minimalizuje wpływ nadzoru nad całym procesem, a wbudowane
systemy kontrolne umożliwiają zintegrowanie jej pracy z pompami. Stacja
efektywnie opróżnia wnętrze kontenera, co w połączeniu z pracą pomp bardzo
efektywnie opróżnia cały kontener.
PowerbagPress – nowe rozwiązanie do rozładunku bardzo lepkich cieczy
i ciał stałych
The PowerbagPress to ekstremalnie mocne urządzenie specjalnie skontruowane
do rozładunku b. lepkich substancji, nawet takich, które są sklasyfikowane jako
ciała stałe. PowerbagPress redukuje ilość odpadu pozostającego w kontenerze
do minimum, a dodatkowo rekordowo przyspiesza proces dozowania lub
rozładunku.
W niektórych przypadkach całkowicie eliminuje potrzebę zastosowania pompy.
PowerbagPress to najnowsze urządzenie, które zostało wprowadzone na rynek
pod koniec 2011 r.

FluidFluid-Bag Ltd manufactures 900 and 1000 litre flexible IBC systems, including filling and
discharging equipment. The container system guarantees uniform liquid, maximised payload
and low product residue after discharge (0.5%).
The container can be used for external transports, intermediate storage, transport between
production, store room and packing department etc.
The FLUIDFLUID-BAG system is optimal for products like ointments, lotions and suspensions that
need protection from particle, oxidation, taste or moisture contamination
FluidFluid-Bag Multi
The Multi containers combine the flexibility and spacespace-saving
advantages of both singlesingle-trip and multimulti-trip containers. The
containers (900 and 1000 litres) consist of:

a replaceable, single-trip inner container

a reusable multi-trip transport bag
-
a reusable steel transport pallet with 4 steel poles
Alternative liner combinations are available. The container can be
used for external transport, as quarantine containers, for transport
between production, store room and packing department etc.
It’s possible to reuse the outer transport bag up to 25 times, the pallet has an operational

FluidFluid-Bag Flexi is a container designed for all distances. The
oneone-way container is available in 900 and 1000 litres and
consists of:

a replaceable, single-trip inner container

a transport bag with 4 wooden poles

a wooden transport pallet.
Alternative liner combinations are available to meet specific
needs.
Fluid-Bag Flexi eliminates any costs for return freights. There’s no need for costly cleaning

Discharge Roller
The FluidFluid-Bag Discharge Roller is designed to empty both 900 and 1000
litre FluidFluid-Bag flexible containers.
containers The device is specifically developed for
rapid and efficient discharge of highhigh-viscosity liquids.
Advanced automation minimizes the need for supervision. The Discharge
Roller is designed for incorporation into new and existing production and
packaging processes. Inbuilt control systems make it possible to integrate
the device with pump functions as well as production and packaging
processes. The Discharge Roller cleans the inside of the container foil,
which combined with the vacuum created by the pump empties the

PowerbagPress
PowerbagPress – a new solution for highhigh-viscous and solid materials
The PowerbagPress is an extremely powerful discharge device, especially
developed for discharging high-viscous or even solid products. The
PowerbagPress reduces the amount of residue left in the container to a
minimum and greatly facilitates the handling of high-viscous products. The
new device obtains unbeatable discharge speeds and speeds up the
production process. In some cases its strength is even enough to eliminate
the need for a pump. The PowerbagPress is the newest addition to FluidBag’s series of equipment and was introduced on the market in the end of
